I ordered on line. When I got there the place was closed with a sign on the door saying to go to another location. Two young men scrambled to the back when they saw me. I won't go there again I consider them out of business.

The food is good. This review is only about the place sporadically not being open and no answer when calling. I understand there is likely a staffing shortage but put a voice message out there already giving an update. Very frustrating.

Be careful when ordering I ordered and paid online and they were closed. Called 4 times still owe me 10.91. Manager never contacted me.

Papa Murphy’s pizza has been our favorite for YEARS! But this location is awful. For months I haven’t known if they are open or not because no one picks up the phone. I get “this number is busy, call again” over and over again. Not sure what’s going on, but papa Murphy’s needs to get it together.

The store is absolutely gross. Food on the floor and counters like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Walls, floors and coolers are dirty as well. They were out of some toppings so had to substitute but only when I asked. The staff was nice enough but didn't seem very motivated. That was apparent by nastiness of the store. They have hiring signs in the window, but I can't imagine anyone wanting to work there in the state it is in. It needs a deep clean and a manager that requires the staff to keep a clean store. Or, maybe the current manager wants this location to close. It looks like it won't be long.

If you get a busy signal it's because they aren't there, even if the posted hours say otherwise. Would be nice if they at least set up a voicemail with an explanation....

This place is terrible. Rude, incompetent staff that simply don’t care. They can’t get simple orders right, don’t resolve issues, and won’t answer the phone. Won’t be back.

Stopped tonight to get a pizza around 5:30. Apparently they close at 6:00. Everything was put away so felt bad ordering. Asked for a mushroom and sun dried tomato pizza. When I got home it was mushroom and fresh tomatoes. Yes, there is a difference between sun dried and fresh tomatoes. Was obvious they were short staffed and felt like a business closing.
Placed an order on line on 12/30 for 2:00pm pickup on 12/31. My wife went to pick up our order (4 pizzas totaling $100) and they were closed. There was no phone call or email notifying us that they were closed. Additionally, we contacted another store and they told us we would have to fill out a form to get a refund. Terrible service.

Coolest premise here. Love hand picking fresh ingredients for the pie that's, of course, made right there at the store. Staff is ALWAYS kind and warm and helpful. So glad to have this store in Brentwood!

Ordered a pizza through the website and got my order confirmation which said my pizza would be ready at 3:56. I got there a few minutes before that to find a sign on the door saying they were closing at 4. Well, it wasn't 4pm yet and the doors were locked. Tried knocking on the door and calling several times but it just said user is busy and wouldn't go through. So now I've paid for pizza I don't have and no one will answer the phone so I can get my money back.
