I took our 3 grandchildren for a class on March 16. When we arrived, they were the only ones in the class. There were 3 iced cakes on the table, some fondant, piping tubes, and hard candy balls with a small package of St. Patrick's Day candies. A woman told them about the roller for the fondant, which cookie cutters they could use, and to take their time decorating. At that point, she left, never to be seen again. After an hour, the man staffing the store came into the room with 3 boxes. We put the cakes in the boxes and walked out the front door. No one said thank you, goodbye, or anything! The cakes were alright; the customer service was nonexistent.

Such a cute space. I had not been since they moved from the old Brentwood location. I needed some very specific cookie cutters, and they had exactly what I needed!

My daughter celebrated her 11th birthday at Sugar Drop this year with a Taylor Swift-themed cake decorating party! All of the girls had such a great time together. We love this place and the owner is such a sweetheart!

Our school did a gingerbread house decorating party here as a field trip. The set up was so cute, and the kids had a blast. Great activity for the holiday season!

Can’t say enough positive things about sugar drop. Brooke is talented, the cakes are great, and the parties are fabulous. She also helped Covenant School by providing treats for our students and teachers last spring. If you need a fun gift, a sweet tooth fix, a cake for a party, or a spot for a kids party look more further. And they get back to you right away on email - mind blown. ?

Super disappointed in Sugar Drop this holiday season. I've been purchasing through this store since my mother introduced me to Sugar Drop in Brentwood. We were preparing our annual generational mint recipe and I sent my daughter down for Peppermint Oil and candy sprinkles. She returned, at the direction of the Sugar Drop employees, with the wrong products. I cannot make this recipe with these ingredients. I jumped into my car to exchange the wrong products. I was told by the young individuals at the counter that I should have looked at my receipt to understand NO RETURNS. I get that food product cannot be returned, but the label on the "sprinkles" indicates Plastic and I don't use plastic in my mints. I have $22.00 worth of product that not only can I not use, I have no idea what to do with it and this is the product these kids told my daughter to purchase. Super disapointed in the lack of knowledge and kindness at the front counter. Will not return.

Me and my husband came to Sugar Drop for our lunch we got two of the cakes in a cup and two milkshakes. Hands down the best milk shake I've ever had and amazing cake too! I highly recommend Sugar Drop and will definitely visit again!

I went by today and was greeted by friendly staff and looked at some sweets for my wife, plus I had an excellent iced latte. I was blown away by the friendliness of the team and the fantastic selections. They even have a sugar camp for kids to meet with friends and learn how to bake.

I came here on my birthday with a $50 gift card and they were unable to redeem it. My husband and I ordered ice coffees from their menu. The young woman working had to check the menu multiple times to see what ingredients were part of the coffees we ordered. Once we got our coffees, it was given to him scalding, BURNING hot in a plastic cup with no lid and no ice. I asked them to just make mine hot instead after seeing what my husband got. I was then brought another plastic cup of scalding hot coffee with no lid. We poured the coffee out in the parking lot, because not only was this genuinely dangerous, but this was on a 100 degree day in Nashville.Only doing 2 stars instead of one because the cupcake I ordered was very yummy, but clearly the workers need better training. The young women working there were likely 15 years old so I don't blame them, but this is not a functioning business. Very disappointed in our experience and we are very easy to please!
