Food was very fresh and not expensive at all. Not what you would expect from a hotel. The hotel was under renovation but you couldn't tell from the appearance. The restaurant is small but you wouldn't have to wait. Our order came out very quickly. Great place to eat if it's your first night there and don't want to go out.

although the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, our room was exceptionally clean and appeared brand new! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved our overnight stay here. The best part was the shower! I have never had better water pressure anywhere else!

I have been a loyal Marriott customer for many years, pandemic aside. To say I have been disappointed with the product over the course of the past 12 months is a huge understatement! As an example, a recent stay at the Four Points Brentwood Tennessee had feces in the toilet upon check-in. WHAT?!?! Yep! I have not once in my entire history of staying at Marriott properties EVER experienced this. In addition, the property was undergoing a massive and much needed renovation. I was ok with and knew about that, but I did expect a clean room. Even prior to this happening I was considering changing my loyalty to another hotel organization. The Marriott properties I have stayed in recently have all been very tired and in need of dramatic renovations. When I was in Brentwood a week or so ago, the gentleman working the counter in the mornings (very pleasant African-American man, but I failed to get his name) was appalled when I shared my experience. He mentioned he was going to take care of me and provide additional points, even though I did not ask for, nor was expecting compensation. I was merely sharing my experience with him in an effort for the property to be aware. I travel for a living! I do t want, nor need the points….needless to say, no points were added to my account. Over 99% of the Marriott properties I’ve stayed in have been a huge disappointment over the course of the past 6 to 12 months, with limited exceptions. I am not pursuing nor do I want you to insult me, by offering additional points. Why would I want to use points to stay at hotels that do not meet my needs, nor expectations? Horribly, horribly frustrated and disappointed with the product you are providing! Here’s hoping they get it right when the renovation is complete…

We stayed in one of the newly upgraded rooms and it was beautiful. It was very clean with all the amenities you could need. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Room was recently remodeled. Chair in the room was not comfortable so that was a designer mistake. Adjoining room door needs insulation. Could hear the other room too well. Great location with lots of restaurant choices close by.

The hotel is being renovated and the new room we stayed in was nice. Biggest negative is no included breakfast and the breakfast they had was way overpriced and not great selection. The staff was excellent at the front desk and did a great job of being fast and efficient with multiple checkins at the same time p

If you’re looking for a great experience and atmosphere, visit this four points in Brentwood! Not only is there a lot of good restaurants and places to shop near by, but the new renovated rooms are immaculate. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean! Hugeeee TV! I had the honor of meeting Quentin at the front desk who helped with all my needs, and he was super attentive and kind.

Alright overall. I've never loved Sheratons, and I've noticed that a lot of them simply lack in the cleanliness department. This one was no exception. While the hotel itself was nice (and the location was amazing) the room had noticeable wear. Dirty surfaces, hairy showers, stained chairs, and moldy showerheads, all things I've come to expect from Sheraton, and this place was no different. I lifted up the mattress from the bed and found an enormous stain, from what looked like urine. It was big enough to see from removing the fitted sheet from about 4 inches. Sheratons seem to have issues with cleanliness, like I stated. I probably won't stay here again unless they seriously step up their cleaning department.

I booked this hotel several weeks ago for a two night stay. Less then 24 hours before my arrival I got the email telling me about renovations happening between 8 am and 5pm. At that point I had no choice but to keep my reservation. This was a mistake. While the staff was very friendly that doesn’t make up for the room feeling gross and just being awful. Then add in the sound of construction that sounds like it’s right above your head at 8am and I had to cancel my second night. Which then meant until the hotel credits me back my money, I am out that amount. One day is not enough notice for the price I paid to not sleep all night.

I don’t often review hotels anymore, unless they are particularly outstanding or really bad. After the pandemic most business are struggling, so unless something needs pointing out, I don’t feel it’s fair to kick a business when they are down. However, sorry to say, this hotel is an exception and management need to be aware of how I saw my stay. Big signs saying hotel is being upgraded and a sheet given to you at check in saying there may be noise from 8am to 5pm because of works. Fair enough, hotels need to be upgraded. However there is a time when they have to say right this room cannot be booked , and upgrade it. My room was one that has over stayed it’s welcome. It had a horrible, musty smell on entering. Sheet says there is a $250 fine for smoking in the room and smoke odour. I hate smoking, but it did smell like someone had been smoking in this room. Hope they don’t try and pin this on me. I don’t mind if things are old, as long as they are clean and functional. The carpets in my room were disgusting, with stains and dirt in the corners, and a bit of food also in front of the tv. There is a note saying everything had been cleaned thoroughly so guests can feel safe. Well the back of the bathroom door had grime and marks on it, definitely not cleaned and scary to think what it is. The wash basin is the very old pedestal basin, meaning nothing to put things on. You couldn’t even put something in front of the taps, because they swing out on a lever. So there is a tiny, unpractical, and quite frankly stupid little shelf to the left … impossible to put your stuff on, and I am a single traveller. To top it all, because of no space, my aftershave fell on the floor and broke. Thanks Sheraton, was newly purchased at the airport. No point complaining because my fault putting it on the stupid shelf, but the bathroom is not functional and hardly fit for purpose. The hot tap didn’t work at all on the sink, and I can’t shave with cold water, so had to use the bath to shave. The cold tap also dripped, driving me nuts with noise. Thought I would have a cup of coffee in the morning. The plug on the machine was bent, so didn’t fit in the socket. Tried to iron a shirt, the covering to the ironing board was old, didn’t fit the board correctly and as a result very difficult to iron because the cover kept moving. Good points were comfortable bed, loads of power points and hot water in the bath and shower. Surely the hotel know about these small things as people would advise and cleaners would know also, especially things like a hot tap not working. But no, clearly not. Other things were, light on floor number not working in the lift, so you keep thinking the lift won’t go to your floor. Went to have a cup of coffee in the downstairs area because my machine not working, the jug was empty. Not the end of the world but when you add up all the defects you are left with a miserable stay and a bad impression. Hotel is also incredibly noisy with guests constantly screaming and shouting in the corridors, instead of talking. Obviously not the hotels fault, but an indication of what to expect. Reminded me of a budget Disney area hotel when people return at the end of the day screaming their heads off. It would appear that the staff and management are just going through the motions and using the fact that the hotel is being upgraded as an excuse to slack and not really care about the rooms that are being booked. All in all a horrible stay and probably the most grubbiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Nice suburban location in walking distance to food, Target, and a small park. However, can be difficult to get into Nashville by uber. Currently undergoing a renovation into a Sheraton - no rooms have microwaves right now. Hot tub on the side of the hotel looks like it has been closed for many years.

We stayed were for a sport tournament. They claim their beds are queens but they are doubles. The beds are also very hard. The shower pressure was amazing so that was a nice plus. Overall it seems like an ok place but the beds are definitely a deal killer for a return stay.

**This hotel is about to undergo a renovation** Until then, here is my review. My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is conveniently located off 65 North, making it convenient to get on and off the interstate. Additionally, a Target is located next door for anything you may have forgotten for your stay. The hotel is old, outdated and in need of a major overhaul (Which they are prepping to get). The rooms are as clean, however the mattresses are abused, carpets are stained, some in-room amenities are broken, beds are doubles - not queens. and our room had a musty, damp feel to it. Take my advise and book another hotel nearby. There are several other options in the area. Until the renovation is done, stay away.
