They charge you a $3.00 "convenience fee", when you order online. Only to get there, and they haven't even started making your sandwiches. Being on a short lunch break, this pisses me off to no end. Being completely INCONVENIENCED, while being charged a " convenience fee," is almost comical.

I was disappointed this year when reserving a small boneless ham. However, there were no long lines and the person behind the counter apologized profusely about having no boneless hams. I thought that was the reason we go online to reserve them. From year to year this place changes their rules and I think I’m doing what they request, but it never seems to work out. One year, you can ONLY preorder online (wouldn’t sell me anything and I missed out). Another year, schedule day and time to pick up ham. Come at that time only (omg what if I forget?). Another year, no you can’t see the ham. We don’t open the foil anymore- you get what we put on the counter. Now this year, it doesn’t matter if you preordered a ham, you have to PREPAY online to get what you want. That was the only way to get a boneless. I really just can’t keep up. If they didn’t have boneless for all of TN and KY like the cashier said, then corporate should have either logistically solved the problem for them, or sent out a mass email to inform customers in advance. As it turns out, they sold me a medium bone-in ham for almost twice as much as I wanted to pay, and the lady took off a few dollars to satisfy me. Was that a bate-and-switch? Ugh! They need to do better or I’ll have to start cooking my own again.

Bought a ham, three sides, and a pie for the holidays that were great with easy heating instructions. Line went very quickly (I pre-ordered), and everyone at the counter was super pleasant. There was also a woman greeting everyone as they were coming in! I enjoyed a great holiday atmosphere; will return for sure!

I love honey baked ham however I will probably never buy another one the price of these have become outrageous. Went with a 9 lb standing rib roast this year and it was still cheaper than a half a ham at honey baked. Not real friendly at this location either.

It's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and my son and I last minute had to cancel our trip to see family. Went to Honey baked ham hoping to get something. The wait was long, but the workers were working hard to take care of everyone. I got to the front and found out they only had items for call ahead orders. The employee asked me what I had and what I needed, I told her I had nothing and would take anything they had. She was able to scrounge up some ham and sides for me. Thank you for being present in what you do, and for taking the time to help. All of the employees were helpful and kind, but a special shout out to the young brunette woman that helped this mama out!

Ordered online, went in with my barcode, friendly greeter told me where to stand, almost immediately stepped up to counter, they scanned my code and Handed me my turkey. No probs. Day before thanksgiving was easy peasy!

The food was great as always, but the associate working there was extremely inappropriate to other employees. I believe her name was Elizabeth. She was berating other employees over politics and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't know how anybody can work with a person like this, but it's not something I want to witness ever again. Kudos to the other employees for keeping their cool and doing their best to ignore her, but regardless, it was over the top and I won't be ordering from here any more until it's taken care of. If any of her coworkers were me, she'd be reported for harassment immediately.

I pre ordered turkey breast for Thanksgiving to pick up on Tuesday. I waited in line about 45 minutes to pick up my preorder. I showed the bar code to the person at the counter. My order was for 7 people at $30 to $35. When l got in my car l noticed l paid $45 for a much larger order and much of the turkey breast was wasted and had to be thrown away. I was very disappointed that l preordered and received way too much turkey.
