I decided to give this once solid franchise another chance. Had been to the one in Franklin a couple times and it was terrible. Got to the one on old hickory at open. Men’s room reeked of months old stale pee. Floors of the restaurant were either dirty or mopped with a greasy substance - nasty either way. Order was wrong. The person behind me -2nd of the day- was wrong too. Fries were cold and soggy. Bread was stale and cold. Wings were tiny, soggy, and gross but were at least insanely overpriced. Fries were hot which was the only good thing about the visit.I will never spend another penny at any Zaxbys. It’s terrible across multiple locations. It’s sad, as it was once a go to, but the jury is in and it’s gone gone gone.On dishes I recommend - none - go somewhere else or go hungry.

This Zaxby's will mess up every meal you ever order. You have to check the meal every time because there is always something miss. Expect your sauce to be missing as well. Also expect the messiest looking wings with most of the sauce on the box and not the wings with no fork included. Also, just don't order the Cobb because you're just spending more money for a house salad since they NEVER remember the egg and bacon.

The food was good. A little expensive compared to a KFC. I had the buffalo boneless wings (fancy chicken nuggets) and wasn't disappointed. The person I went with got the chicken tenders and dipping sauces. I tried one of theirs and the tenders were definitely better than the boneless wings.The parking lot is a little cramped, but it isn't a problem outside of the lunch or dinner rush. It's decorated with some Nashville specific signs and knickknacks. The bathroom was clean.The staff was friendly and the food was good. Not a bargain place (no $1/deals menu), but worth it for good chicken if you're not on a tight budget.Parking: Crowded at peak times, better to do drive thru at peak hours (lunch and dinner).Kid-friendliness: Definitely a place that welcomes kids.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

The first time was in the summer and I took my food outside and ate it while sitting on the curb. Today it's 58 and sunny outside and it's probably warmer out there. Bring a coat or a parka if eating inside.

Gave them a 2nd chance. 1st visit, chicken was hard like a dead road animal and like had been sitting for hours. Shriveled.2nd visit. Fries almost COLD and very dry. Fought through eating them out of hunger. Used their fairly tasty packaged sauce that only highlighted how bad and inedible the cold dry texture of the fries was. Chicken on sandwich was dry and not hot.Staff appeared to be miserable working here. Nice people though. Respect.

Ordered food asked for extra fry seasoning. They were literally no seasoning on the fries. Fries were undercooked and limp Bread was not toasted and was covered in butter and limp. Chicken was dried. Old overall horrible experience. Sweet tea was good. I literally paid $11 for three dried out pieces of chicken. The rest of it was virtually uneditable

Gave us salad dressings with dead bugs on them in the same bag. Disgusting.
The floor is so slippery that I had trouble getting out of ladies bathroom. As I came back into dining room, my companion hit the floor after sliding in grease. Both shirt and pants are covered in black grease. No contact from mngmt after 48 hrs. Also, food was warm, not hot.

Less than horrible! I’m completely lost in the fact that I threw 80% of my meal away! Why did my funnel cake taste like fry’s! Stay clear of this restaurant! Complete waste of time and money. This branch definitely doesn’t represent the brand that Zaxby’s stands for! I should have known as I pulled in and no one was there at 12

Love Zaxbys as do other members of my fam. Had not been to this location in a few months in Brentwood. The food was not cooked and seasoned w/ as much care. The dining room was a mess. Trash everywhere and slippery floors. Cashier served my food and drink after coming directly in from smoke break and not washing/sanitizing hands. Just need to get this spot back under good management .
