My wife and I were going to Drakes. That was the plan, we have ate Drakes 1000 times and its consistent service but mediocre food. Never ate at Aubreys, but I was told by a coworker to try Aubrey's - they said it was good but expensive. They were partially right. The food is insanely good. The price was shockingly low! The classy environment and way the staff operate like a well oiled machine, blew us away! Best restaurant in the TriCities.Our waitress Elaina and the GM Jacob were great! We could not have asked for a better waitress. She was knowledgeable, took our order without writing anything down, recommended everything we ordered for us, which was sooooo good, wasn't in a hurry to get us out, great customer service. She chatted with us about where she was from, her career at Aubreys and how much she loves the job. Rare to find great customer service like her. Halfway through our meal a gentleman walks up to our table and asks how our experience is! It was the GM Jacob. I was shocked at how personable, nice, and caring he was. He gave us a little history on Aubrey's and the paintings that hang throughout the dining room. He explained his career at Aubrey's as well as asked us about ourselves. Before he walked away he told us to pick our two desserts from the menu - and he would pay for them. Wow! We had already ordered enough food to feed a small army but when they said banana pudding, I was making room. Lol. Overall - I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I know that I will be telling everyone to eat there, and we will make it our new normal date night. Great first impressions.Vegetarian options: Produce is local and farm to table. You can taste the freshness in the ingredients!Dietary restrictions: They offer Gluten Free as well as other restrictions if you need it. Plus the staff can name basically every ingredient in every dish.

first visit for supper weekday as we were passing through. Nicely decorated & a high-end feeling. Lighting in our area was very dim. Seated quickly & food came out as expected. Food was good, we got a hamburger combo & a loaded salad. Our waiter said he was new & checked on us early in our meal, but near the end of our meal we ran out of beverage & didn't see him again until the bill came. If in the area again we would eat there.

Really good place. Great food, reasonable prices, large beer, and wine selections. Bar area. I had the Rueben and a Guinness! Excellent. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Close by to the mall.
Usually a good place to eat. My Ruben sandwich was awful. Meat overcooked and very salty. No bread was provided or even offered. Our waiter was too worried about serving the couple behind us to wait on us. Salads were brought out with the meal. Ice tea was warm and not enough ice in the glass. Also, my sandwich and a salad that was my side was over $22, which is ridiculous.
Got a Sirloin with a side of fries for $24. Both were great. The place looks nice, and the servers were quick. Somebody in my party had their pasta messed up, but it was fixed quickly.
