My food is delicious!! Great service too. I have gotten hooked on the pizza. The sauce is mild and the pizza isn’t smothered in grease. I don’t tolerate overly greasy or spicy foods, so it’s just right.

The pizza here is amazing! This isn't to say everything is though. I've had a gyro from here in the past and it was quite possibly the worst thing I've ever tried to eat, and I was very upset at what I paid for it when I saw it and tasted it. The service I've experienced has been good, but my husband had a not so good experience with the employees that helped him. The atmosphere is quiet, and relaxing it's just really out of date and small. I would definitely recommend the pizza, but anything to me is a gamble with your money, time, and appetite.

I placed an order directly from Big Guy's Italino's website. The order never came and they refused to give me a refund. I was instructed to call a third party in hopes of a refund. The third party did give me a refund but also let me know the restaurant was compensated for their food. The manager of Big Guys said she'd be happy to send me my order but I would need to pay for it again. Worst customer service, will not be returning and that is a shame because the food is actually good ...if you ever receive it.

My wife and I like to stop and try different places when we are out in new areas. We were in Bristol area and were thinking Italian. We first stopped at a place called Rollin. We got out and got our little lady we keep out and go into this place. Big finding area but no business. One man there behind counter and never said anything to us. I asked where we could sit and he then replied. We don’t do dine in. Very rudely!! So back we go. Next stop was this little place Big Guy’s. It was a small, quaint little place, so I went in first to see if they had dine in. I was greeted by a very nice lady as soon as I entered and I ask if they did dine in and it was a yes. OMG!! Were we ever in for a surprise!! This place is over the top fantastic. The food was over the top great!! The atmosphere was just homey feeling and the staff was just super super great!! We are a little distance from this place but we will be returning often. Our new favorite go to!! Thanks for the super food and the wonderful hospitality!!

Just placed a Togo order. I ordered baked spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs. Yes I know it’s an upcharge. I managed a place such as this before. I also ordered a salad and a 20 oz drink as well as garlic knots with cheese. It was delivered everything came except garlic knots. Really disappointed in fact garlic bread is a whole sub bun soaked in butter with no garlic taste at all and not toasted at all. I called store explained I didn’t get garlic knots. Lady said she would have them sent back out. 4 min later I get a phone call. Server says she took my order I didn’t order knots with cheese. I told her yes ma’am and she proceeds to argue with me. I told her being in customer service she shouldn’t argue or call a customer a liar. She hung up on me. One that type of service is a no no. Two the fact owner or manager allows this blows my mind. Looking through reviews it seems servers don’t know what good customer service is. Milanos in Abingdon would never act this way. Just goes to show not every place whether they have same menu is as good as another. Smh

Little vibe of hole in the wall, but the food is great! Heather is a great front girl for the place. Friendly, efficient and her recommendations are spot on! Food is awesome! Dining room could use some attention, but no one ever seems to actually eat there. Parking lot is an issue. But I go for pickup and eat like a boss at home! Lol!Parking: Parking is very restricted right space. Just get your food and get out! There's no need to stay and eat! Hurry home!
