The coolest atmosphere around! Incredible food and service. Gotta be the best experience my family and I have had while dining in Bristol! Try everything, try it all! Very very good food! I had the chicken and waffle!

The atmosphere is lively and energetic. The service was well above par. I got the Bloom Benedict. The hollandaise was a tad thin but everything had excellent flavor. Perfect serving size. Price point for one person is affordable.

Food and service were great. The stools overlooking the kitchen area are terrible. The seats have a sharp edge that digs into your legs as you eat.You need to take the seats off and run a 3/16 rounding bit over them to make them less painful.Other than that weird flaw on 5 seats in a out of the way section of the restaurant this place is pretty great!

I used to frequent this spot nearly every weekend for brunch, and occasionally for dinner, before and after they moved buildings. Bloom used to be my main recommendation for friends new to Bristol. The food was great and I made a point to try most menu items. The breakfast burrito and chicken waffle sandwich were my favorites. The service was always inconsistent; some days were great, other days it was abysmal, but the food made it bearable and still worth the price. However, things have begun to take a turn south. It all started when Bloom tried implementing a “rewards points” system. We were there every weekend so signing up was a no brainer. When we asked about redeeming “points”, we were told they didn’t actually have any value and we couldn’t do anything with them. I thought that was rather strange. Then, we noticed the quality of ingredients slowly diminishing. The portions were reduced, good and fresh ingredients were seemingly replaced by store bought/frozen items. The fries are the first to come to mind; they used to be delicious, but now they’re sad and bland. They used to have a fantastic turkey sandwich on focaccia bread, but now it’s just regular white bread, at the same price. They used to offer specials every week that were usually very good with great variety. They stopped doing that a long time ago.As mentioned before, the service was decent, but inconsistent. Now, it feels like they’re finally consistent, just consistently poor. You’ll be seated by their host, only for you to sit for about 15 minutes before anyone sees you. When I order coffee, it’ll come out room temp because it sat in the window for so long. Same goes for the food, too.I hate to see a delicious restaurant lose its reputation due to cutting corners on staff and ingredients. The product that Bloom is producing is simply not worth the money (how is ramen worth $20?)I had refrained from reviewing this place because I was hoping things would naturally improve on their own. However, seeing the owner go on Facebook and shoot down any form of criticism in the defense of “this a woman owned small business you can’t critic me!” and blaming everyone and everything but themselves was very telling of the direction Bloom is going. If the owner herself refuses to take any blame and listen to feedback, but instead lashes out at the customer for voicing their valid opinions, then I feel like my money is better elsewhere.

Hubs and I visited for a late breakfast on a week day. The food was out of this world- I had the daily special stuffed pepper quiche and hubs had buscuit& gravy with frid chicken strip and egg over medium- both were oustanding. The coffee was also very good and they kept it coming. Service was very good! Definitely check it out if you are in the area!

Freakishly good! The Monte Cristo is the best sandwich we have ever eaten. The Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich with goat cheese, spinach and bacon was also outstanding. Madeline, our server behind the bar, was super sweet. So glad we stopped.

This was my first time at Bloom, and I was very impressed! The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and I had one of the best lattes. I highly recommend visiting Bloom if you’re in Bristol!

Drew was our server and did a fantastic job! Just enough attention while recognizing we were there for Valentine’s Day brunch. The food was exceptional and the lattes were hot and cozy. I had the spicy chicken and waffles and the hubby had the grits bowl. We also tried the deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes. We’ll be back to try dinner.

My wife and I came here for brunch and got to sit at the chefs table in front of the kitchen and experience a different part of the restaurant. Service, food, and energy was spot on. Travis and Josh were awesome. We’ll be back!!

Amazing atmosphere and dining experience. Hostess was very welcoming. Waitress was very kind and attentive. My guest and I tried the beet salad and the veggie panini and both were excellent. They offer breakfast and lunch options along with a variety of drinks and dessert options. There is a bar area if you would like to seat yourself there. If there is no parking on the street there is a side parking lot that is free specifically for the restaurant.Parking: Parking to the side of the building and behind the building is an option if parking out front on the street is full.
