This is a MUST when visiting Bristol. It’s the neatest lunch counter from days gone by. Real not just retro.The food is great but the family who owns and operates it makes it all a perfect spot for lunch or a coffee and sweet treat. They are engaging and so welcoming. The menu is made with love. The banana pudding is made with extra love.
We had a wonderful lunch here. The staff was wonderful, very personable and were willing to share lots of stories about the diner and the old pictures on the walls. I had one of the fried tacos and it was delicious, I definitely recommend.

Nice preservation of a Woolworth lunch counter. Good hot dog prepared in a number of ways. A local confirmed that this is “A Good Place to Eat.” Very friendly proprietor and his family.
