I've gone here 3 times the first two they didn't have any sinus donuts????? The last time they actually had donuts but they tasted like 3 day old donuts! Horrible place!!!

After ordering a coffee in the drive-through, I was told to pull around because they were out of fresh coffee. I waited almost 10 minutes before finally walking inside to get my coffee which was just sitting on the counter, waiting for someone to bring it to me. After getting back in my vehicle and taking the lid off my coffee, I realized it was full of coffee grounds. When I walked back inside to get the issue corrected I was met with, “What did we do wrong?” In an annoyed tone by the employee behind the counter. No apology, no offer to make it right, just a rhetorical question. I simply set my coffee down on the counter and left.

had them try a second time on the heart donut bc it was ugly and had no sprinkles they brought back another ugly donut w a little sprinkles. also got our order wrong. and the glazed donut looks scary.

Service slow - people standing around-I had an online order and the distance I had to drive with the slowness I was driving and my order still not ready and they have six or seven employees standing around doing

How can you call yourself a donut house and be out of specific donuts? I call that a big nothing shop! 15.00 a dozen! If I’m going to spend 15.00 dollars the next time I’ll do blackbird at least they’re worth the money! Never will shop dunkin again! What a big fat zero!

Order 3 jelly donuts and a Boston creme at the speaker. Was informed they were out of Boston creme. Get to window, they only have 2 jelly.
Coffee was so bad I could not drink it. Tastes like they dumped new coffee on top of old grounds to brew it. Tried to call to resolve but it just rang and rang.

We ordered 2 coffees, loaded hashbrowns, avocado toast with bacon & 4 Donuts! 1 coffee was mildly warm, the other was hot but did not taste like I ordered it. Hashbrowns, cold, avocado toast cold. Poor customer service!
