I've heard people say good things about this place but after my first visit I'll never go back again, the cheeseburger had absolutely no taste to it whatsoever. In my opinion I'd much rather have a burger from anywhere else, I'd recommend that if you've never eaten there before I wouldn't waste your money.

I paid $24 for a cheeseburger and small Cajun fries for the fries to be burnt, soggy and nasty. Will not eat there again!!

Feeding a family of five here will take a second mortgage on your house, but you get a lot of value for what you spend. They definitely bring a quality to their fast food offerings that set them apart and justify some of the expense. Fries are separate and cost almost as much as the burgers, but they will fill a whole bag with them for each order, so you don't need to order them for everyone at the table. I usually pass them when dining alone because it's just a lot of fries. Great for kids though.

Over rated, over priced. 2 burgers, 1 small fries, 1 bottled water, $29. And the guy who took our order was condescending about sharing the $2 water. Won’t ever go back, ugh!

First things first I rated the atmosphere a 3 cause it's boring. Music was a weird Playlist went from like Beyonce to Iron Man by Black Sabbath. It's like hey pick a better Playlist that's cohesive to the atmosphere your restaurant is trying to attain. Metalheads hate Beyonce and Beyone fans doing usually love Ozzy so maybe have someone get you set up on a better Playlist.Service I rate a 3 cause for $26 for 1 bacon cheese burger fries and a Coke that I poured myself, and I picked up off the counter myself. This rating is really irrelevant. I could have gone to Roadhouse, got a steak, and paid about the same and had someone refilling my drink and all that great service stuff.Basically, you get fast food service with a steakhouse price. The food is great, juicy, real meat patties, and lots of topping options. Fries, I got a ton of them. Regular size is too big for one dude, and I'm a big dude.Order the small fry. You'll thank me later when you're not food hungover. The people that work there were nice I get the concept 5 people working to make ya old fashioned burgers shakes and fries but for $26 I could get way more food at the Bristol Burger Bar just as fresh just as old fashioned the difference is they have waiters and waitresses. So basically, it was a treat for $26 bucks today, and it was great food. Will I eat there frequently? Nope its overpriced.Next time, I'll go across the street and get a Family size pizza for $26 from Jonny Bruscos.

Just a typical Five Guys. The one in Kingsport is far better though. I HATE how they just scoop your fries and throw them in the bag. I wish they'd put them in containers and not just expect you to have to rip the serving bag open just to be able to eat your fries.

My husband and I purchased one lettuce wrapped cheeseburger and one little cheeseburger and a fry. My husband ordered grilled onions but received grilled mushrooms. He asked them to correct the problem, the second burger he received had mayonnaise on it, he is allergic to mayonnaise. I believe they should get themselves a pencil and paper and start writing down the orders instead of trying to go by memory. It is very frustrating especially paying almost 50 bucks for two cheeseburgers and one fry.

Disappointing on many levels... small meat patty, under cooked fries and stale peanuts...I'll share what I sent their feedback sight....Me go to 5 guys? I'll pass!

I’ve always loved the burgers and fries. But I was shaken a bit when I paid for my daughter and I yesterday. We both had a junior cheeseburger, small fries and a regular drink. $40!!! Could not tip the cashier (why would you anyway?) after shelling out that much money. Tables were greasy and dirty. We’ll be eating locally from now on and getting similar food with table side service for a third less price.

employee pocketed 15 dollars of MY cash when i was paying some on card and some cash but then charged the full amount to my card (19 dollars and some change) so almost 35 dollars for a small burger and fry and i call the manager very kindly asking if something could be done and he says “he doesn’t have time to deal with it” very disappointing and i won’t be eating at this location ever again. very very poor management and untrustworthy employees! (not all of course)

VERY EXPENSIVE for what you get and not very good at all.We both got cheeseburgers, and while it's great you can add all the toppings you want for no additional charge, they just weren't that good. Low quality, bland tasting. We split a small order of fries...and it was exactly that...small. They used to give you a very good sized portion, perfect for 2 people, but not anymore.Won't be returning. No major issues with the service. The outside seating area was not very clean.
