The pizza was excellent as always but it was quite busy so the service was a little slow and intermittent. All in all, still one of the best slices, and best places, around.

I can’t rave about Johnny Brusco's enough! It’s honestly my favorite restaurant to dine in or take out at The Pinnacle! I was recently made aware that Johnny Brusco’s is now under NEW management! I’ve personally had the opportunity to meet the GM Caleb and AGM’s Bryce and Brittney! All three Managers show stellar leadership, dedication to customers, and commitment to Johnny Brusco’s! You might could say I’ve become a regular! Every menu item is fresh and made to order, extremely impressed with the quality of food, and swiftness of service! A few of my favorite menu items would have to be Buffalo Chicken Dip, Cheese Sticks, Garlic Knots, BBQ Pizza, Johnnys Deluxe Pizza, Chef Salad, and Mediterranean Salad! Johnny Brusco’s has an accommodating menu for any guest who are gluten free, they even have chicken tenders for picky little eaters! Such an amazing atmosphere for children and adults! My personal favorite is be able to see dough thrown up in the air while enjoying a bite to eat! If you stop in for a drink be sure to check out on tap beer from Johnson City Brewing Co! I’ve never had a bad experience at Johnny Brusco’s, you can always count on pristine service with excellent food dine in or take out!110% Best Restaurant in Bristol Pinnacle!

Arrived at 7:45 ordered food and drinks. Was heading to a movie. Got drinks l then at 8:40 was told waiter forgot to Key in order. It would be 30 more minutes before food. We would miss movie at 9. Told could not comp drinks. No discount coupons or any apology from manager. Ruined night. No food..

Came in and sat for 30 minutes. No one came to take our order or get our drinks or even acknowledge us. Waiters walked by several times and looked at us never said anything or acknowledged we were there. Ended up leaving and not ordering. Seemed extremely busy and very understaffed which, I understand happens however it’s a common courtesy to at least acknowledge a customer and say “hey be with you all as soon as I can.” Or anything really. Not sure what the issue was but definitely will not be dinning there again anytime soon, at least not this location.

Great pizza, good pricing, should definitely try this place out if you haven’t. You get a good amount for your cash too.

What a wonderful place to have the best pizza this side of the mighty Mississippi! They were a little late getting our order out to our table and our waitress came by and said our meal was on them. We were just sitting there enjoying our delicious garlic knots with cheese to even notice the pizza was late. What a great place to dine. Thanks Johnny!!!

We always get pizza, but we tried the spaghetti and meatballs this time. I was impressed. Good meatballs, sauce was simple but delicious. Nice

We order take out, and drive from Abingdon. In the past the pizza has been top notch! Today the service was great, but the quality of the pizza was VERY sub-par. We ordered the same pizza toppings as we had in the past. There was very little to no cheese, (the double bacon) was chunks of fat. Very poor quality toppings. Very disappointed!

0/10. New owners apparently. This place has gone so downhill it’s sad. Sat at a dirty table, served a HALF order of garlic knots as a full order after taking the half off the menu, salads were incorrect not once but twice, watched the salad guy pick the onions out with bare hands, lettuce had brown in it, server refused to let me order off lunch menu saying it won’t let you (it will upon request, system still has access even after lunch hours), server put lemon in the soda instead of the tea that I ordered, no longer have the “good” ice, & even the sliced pizza taste like it’s been changed. Pretty sad, was one of my favorite places to eat. Won’t be returning. To be fair my server was pretty slammed, mostly upset with the changes & the mess ups. I usually don’t leave bad reviews unless it’s that bad. Spent $50 before tipping & was very unsatisfying.

Johnny Bruscos pizza at the Pinnacle, or any of their locations actually, is some of the best pizza in the Tri-Cities area. Must give them a try if you never have before. Awesome. Always fresh pizza and Italian dishes.

The food is good, but the waitresses act as though they are working slave labor who are rude and very seldom come to the tables on their own accord, and yet they expect an exorbitant tip for their lack of service.
