We waited for 15 min for our order to be taken, then there was my mom and ol man with me and we all ordered calzones. It took another 20 min for the food then I asked for a cup of ranch this rude waitress she brought it then I asked for two more 2oz soufflé cups that were only half full and she stated she was going to charge us $1.50 for each so I sent my food back that she brought didn’t touch it at all bc I ain’t gonna eat a dry calzone with nothing to moisturizer the flavor and the food. Then when we went up to pay I had a water they had soda but she was charging us 3.99 for 3 drinks and also tried to charge us for all 3 calzones and again I didn’t touch mine at all. So it was $45.00 for 2 drinks and 2 calzones that never got ate then she wanted to scream at me to leave. I’m sorry but I have no respect for someone that can’t show respect!!!! This is the worst experience have ever had!!!!! It has made me never want to go back to another one. Maybe you should keep your employees under control instead of screaming at your customers. I am posting this all over my page and will tell everyone about this experience and strongly advise them to go elsewhere. Even if the product may not be as good somewhere else the hospitality matters more.

Vegetarian options: Salad bar. Veggie pizza can be ordered as cheese pizza is on the pizza bar. Also there should be an option to order an all vegetarian ingredient pizza. Or add this to the pizza barKid-friendliness: Separate area for people with children and is very niceWheelchair accessibility: Handicap for wheel chairs are available near the doors.

I had to plan a last minute arrangement for my daughter's 1st birthday party & my boss recommended here. It was honestly the best experience. The staff was SO friendly & helpful. Worked so well with making sure everything planned out just right & made sure I got the best of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!! WONDERFUL people, great customer service & tasty pizza ?

UPDATE. 3years later..much better lunch experience. The new manager is really good and can handle things. Also listens to the customer and works hard to get it right. If I were yall I wouldn't let this one go.I have been a regular with pizza plus for a long time. Several times a week we go....after today we will not be back to the west state location until management changes. They cant hanndle the lunch flow and some of the hosts are rude. They also cant keep fresh pizza on buffet and forget about requests ...i waited an hour and they said it was common...never did.

We arrived here for a late dinner, and the staff was very accommodating. They offered to fix us any pizza that wasn't currently on the buffet. The fellas were very kind to us and their service was fantastic. The pizza and salad buffets were fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be going back!

This was my first visit to this Pizza Plus location - & my last. I joined a couple people from work to try their lunch buffet. I had been to several other Pizza Plus locations. We seated ourselves per the sign & went up to the buffet. There were 5 partial pizzas on the buffet - none of them appearing fresh. We all prepared a salad - the salad bar offerings were fresh & the salad bar was well maintained. My colleagues picked up some pizza slices on the way back to the table. After I ate my salad, I returned to the buffet for pizza, but there were only 2 pans & they were conglomerates of the pizzas that had been on the buffet. I was rather disappointed & decided to wait for fresh pizza. A few minutes later, 2 pies were brought out & I returned to the buffet to get some. The fresh pizza was hot & tasty but a couple of us wanted dessert pizza so again we had to wait! Admittedly it had been a year since my last visit to a Pizza Plus buffet, but I was thrown for a loop when the girl behind the register requested nearly $14 (yes, fourteen dollars) for my lunch. I was expecting $9.99 plus tax. I will definitely continue to patronize other Pizza Plus locations, but I will not be returning to this one!

I was very disappointed in this visit. They were slow and the food had been laying out for a long time. Waitresses were too busy talking to each other to see if we needed anything. Had to ask for fresh pizza to be put out on the buffet.
