Don't go to Bristol without eating there! The Staff is excellent, the food is superb and prices are very good for quality and quantity to get! We had the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the thin crust Southsider pizza. EXCELLENT! Bob & Sheila Fayetteville, NC

Pizza was sooooooo so good. I got a small salad and it was also really good, especially with the chianti dressing, but the issue is it was hardly any lettuce and for the price of a salad that small I just think that there should be more. Other than that, the best pizza around hands down!

Good salads vey large with fresh spring mix. Also got the bruschetta which was ok but have had better. Saw lots of people getting the pizza so it may be good. Nice outside patio and good service

Major disappointment! We ordered a deep dish pizza. I feel we should have been told it would take 50 minutes ! We.were driving through the town and stopped to eat. Pizza after 50 minutes waiting pizza was undercooked. It was terrible. Sloppy and undercooked. I would not recommend this place.

I gave it an overall 4 because I ordered the Bianca pizza which said it had spinach and basil. As I got into the pizza, probably about the second slice I noticed it was frozen spinach. I had asked for extra basil and much to my amazement there was none. Not even what was supposed to be on it.Everything was delicious, perfect, scrumptious. Couldn’t have asked for any better stuffed mushrooms, breadsticks, steamed muscles??.Our waiter was great, Pretty attentive. But they were also busy.Keep in mind if you want the deep dish There is a 45 minute wait, which is noted on the menu.Again, my complaint is the frozen spinach on the Bianca, the lack of basil.

Great service and friendly staff. They knew the food and gave the best suggestions. Deep dish is very filling. So many good items to choose, one of the best is house made sccatatini in a Rosa sauce, excellent. We went there twice and had it both times. We also tried the regular thin crust and deep dish pizza. The ravioli and the beef sandwich.

Great meatball sub. Fries tasted like frozen ones, so skip those.

We ordered the deep dish since that was supposedly the "best thing on the menu". After a 45 minute wait which we were aware of, we received our pizza. The crust had a thin, biscuit like texture and was covered in what appeared to be a can of crushed tomatoes and juice on top of the cheese. No seasoning, not even oregano. There was an extremely large amount of grease which looked like margarine underneath the crust. The pizza was a complete soggy, wet mess. Not at all what I was expecting and definitely not a traditional deep dish. We choked down a partial piece and literally left the rest on the table. The waitress did not seem surprised, nor did she question whether there was anything wrong. Left hungry, but lesson learned.

We try to go every Saturday. The thin crust pizza is our go-to and the sauce on the pizza is so fresh. It is really delicious! The staff (our favorite is Tara) are wonderful and we enjoy each visit. Entree salads are HUGE and the appetizers are pretty awesome too. They pay attention to providing fresh ingredients and it makes an impact! Highly recommend!

The pizza was great. The server was awful, and the food took a really long time. And we didn't even get the "famous deep dish" because even though they weren't busy, AT ALL, we were told it would take 45 minutes. So we ordered a build your own, and it still almost took 45 minutes. The server never filled out drinks and when the app came out with no marinara sauce, I waited and waited and then had to go ask the bartender for it. And of course, when we got the bill, there was a marinara charge. Didn't feel like arguing about it, as by that time we had somewhere else to be, so we just paid and left. Not the best first experience, but hey, at least the pizza and garlic bread tasted pretty good.

NOT IMPRESSED THIS EVENING!! Ordered pizza at 7:01(according to the receipt went in at 7:20 waited awhile paid for the pizza..waited some more, then a guy came out and said they had 100 pizzas going back there and I would have to wait for 20 more minutes!! So finally got my pizza around an hour after I ordered it!! Then got it home only to see i only had only pepperoni and no ham? I ordered and payed for two toppings!! I know things can get busy, but I was Not Happy. Hope you can do better next time because we like your pizza and restaurant very much...just not this time

Came around 2 on a Saturday, instantly seated. Big restaurant with alot of seating, but also wasn't packed anyways. Service was fast. Food was mid. Garlic cheese bread was alright, nothing special kinda bland. Pizza was good for pizza, mid for a nonchain restaurant pizza. Sauce wasn't super flavorful, pepperoni didn't stand out. Only positives to the pizza was the real mozzarella and it being crispy. Can't speak for any of the pastas or sandwiches but I think they're probably the go to.

We always stop by at this restaurant, when in Bristol. I have never been disappointed. We ordered the deep dish, and it was most definitely worth the wait. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this eating establishment!

Lovely spot In beautiful downtown. Food was okay, fried mozzarella tasted very greasy like old oil, eggplant was not cooked all the way but the deep dish pizza and marinara sauce were amazing. Aww lots of people eating pizzas so they must be delicious. Waitress never refilled drinks without us having to stop her and ask for refills. Great environment lovely decor though.
