They seemed short handed. There was a bit of a wait. It was okay because it was our first time and we had to see the menu and all of the different bagels to figure out what we wanted. The food was awesome. They take your order and give you a number for your table. The bagels are like no other bagel you've had. I could eat those everyday. I had the sausage egg and cheese bagel with a jalapeño bagel. The coffee was free refills, but just a regular brew.

Great food and atmosphere, but my to-go salad was missing utensils, salad dressing and boiled egg.

Food & Drink tasted wholesome & fresh; great balance of flavors! Plenty of options to customize your coffee or (bubble) tea. Staff was super friendly & patient. I'll have to get there earlier next time cause they were sold out of my fave- everything bagel.

We drive in from Banner Elk for their bagels cuz they're that good. They always have day old bags of bagels for only $5.00 so we pick up as many as we can and freeze them. We usually grab whatever their soup, sandwich, special is to nosh while we play in the city...usually thrifting and sometimes we drive over JUST for the bagels!Parking: Street parking as with any city can be limited at certain times of the day, but I have never had an issue finding free parking so I've never had to pay for any business we've visited.Kid-friendliness: There are usually moms with kids eating whenever we are there.

A favorite in Bristol. The maple bacon bagel with sausage egg and cheese is the best. Great coffee too!

The food and coffee was delicious. The employees were very nice. Rebecca was so sweet. She came over and said hi and as how I was doing. She remembered me from my last visit. We will defiantly eat here again.

The prices are the worst part about this place. $2.25 for a very, very light spreading of plain cream cheese. $4.50 to add one egg, two paper thin slices of bacon and a smaller than average slice of cheese on a bagel. The bagels aren't the worst tasting I've ever had but they're nothing like New Jersey, where I'm from. They can definitely improve on their bagel making. I will not be back. New Jersey bagels from my freezer are far superior to these.

I am a bagel expert. I eat them every day... This place cannot make bagels. The bagels are tasteless. I recommend the owner visit the Kingsport Bagel Exchange in downtown Kingsport. They are #1 and always busy. They could revamp their business and really sell some bagels. Please learn how to make bagels. Throw out your current method.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel... the person at the counter said the order back to me before I paid. He then said the order to the people preparing the food. Everything was correct. When I got the order it did not have egg on the bagel. I brought it back to the counter and asked if they could remake the sandwich... which they agreed to do since it was missing what I paid for. When the woman brought it over to me she was very confrontational and rude and told me that if I wanted egg next time I needed to ask for it (common sense). I told her I did ask for it and I said the guy at the counter repeated the order correctly before I paid. She continued to stand there and argue and tell me how I was wrong.... Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm assuming she is the one who prepared the bagel. She then went behind the counter, started eating, and continued to stare at us while we ate. The second bagel was not toasted and the egg was overcooked. The situation could have been handled very differently. Miscommunication happens, but no need to talk down to a customer because your employee messed up an order. There are a lot better bagel places in the tri-cities... would not recommend.

Food is always great, the staff they have working is very peculiar. I don't know what kind of crowd they want to attract to the store, but I don't enjoy seeing a man wearing shorts where his rear end is showing. I talked to a business down the road where they told me they stopped going because it was getting to much. Everyone has the right to be what they want to be. When customers are forced to see the people who make their food "expressing" theirselves it takes away from their experience. There is a time and place for everything. I would consider myself a regular and only had a few issues here and there with the service. I think workers should dress more professional and help make customers feel more welcomed. I rather not see a man wear cut off jean shorts or a woman wearing a velvet dress. It feels like I am telling some sort carnival what I would like on my bagel.

Not great. The store smells like pool cleaner, and it visibly looks dirty inside. The workers did not seem happy to be working and that was obvious to customers. The man bringing everyone their order loved very slow and didn’t even walk all the way to the table he was bringing orders to. They got every order wrong. The chai tea I got tasted very bad and the milk was steamed for way too long. The bagel I got was not toasted either. They are almost out of every bagel and it didn’t look like anyone was making any more either. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the tomato basil soup was pretty good but that wasn’t even enough to save this place for me. Will not be returning.
