A delicious little find while hiking about the park. We probably were not dressed for the occasion, but they did not blink an eye and served us as they would any other.

My family and I had a wonderful dinner. We got seated at the best table with the most spectacular view! Michael was our server. He is fantastic! We are looking forward to sharing another meal at The Restaurant at Montgomery Bell.

Awesome Bar area, with open seating and windows galore. Outside seating is available when the weather is nice overlooking the lake.

Went for brunch with another couple. Place was dead only due to harsh weather and time of year which was great for us. Staff was very attentive and even though they weren't busy they kept positive attitudes. Food was hot and well prepared. We will be backKid-friendliness: Crayons and activity sheet for kids. Good kids menu options.

Their food use to be amazingly big before the remodel. Best veggies and salad bar around. Now menu is terrible. Food is bad. Always overcooked. Service is awful. Makes me sad. Use to be a great place to eat.Vegetarian options: Very few

It was a good experience. Although short staffed, service was amazing. We would have never known they were short staffed had they not mentioned it. Food was great and it was nice enough to sit on the patio.

We traveled from Murfreesboro to meet up with friends for the day and ended up dining here. We inquired with our server Lillie about different liquors at the bar. She said it was only her third day and went to go look for us. After a couple of exchanges, we ordered drinks and dinner. She then disappeared. She appears 45 minutes later to tell us that she forgot to put our food in and that she just did. We have to ask for drink refills. 20 minutes later she arrives with our food. My only complaint with the food is that the slaw tasted old and was inedible and the hushpuppies were rock solid. I couldn’t tell our server though, because she disappeared again. We then had to go to the bar to ask for our checks from a different server. It took Lillie three times to get the checks right. No discount or dessert offered for completely forgetting about our food. Mind you, it appeared she only had 3 tables, so I’m unsure as to why she forgot and where she disappeared to the whole time. Since we had been there for almost 2 hours and had a long drive back to the Boro, I was just going to call a manger and discuss the issue, so I called a left a message that night. I got a call the next day but requested a call back because I had poor cell service. I did not receive a call back and have since called the restaurant back multiple times and left another message. Still waiting on a call back… Perhaps the safest bet is to just get drinks and enjoy the view instead.

Very proud that such a nice park is so close to our home. The food was very good, service was fantastic, the remodel is very appealing.

Worst customer service experience ever. Our server Crystal (who claimed to be the manager) got my order wrong. She didn’t apologize and my order came after the rest of the party was almost done. Food was not fresh — canned green beans. We never got a 2nd beverage, even after asking several times. Our catfish had only 2 pieces and 2 hush puppies even though the menu indicated the meal comes with 3. When I pointed it out to Crystal she said I was wrong, I even showed her the menu. She’s the manager?? Everyone was going up to the bar to pay their check because the servers weren’t attentive. The hostess looked at her watch for an hour and didn’t offer assistance to the servers, even though they were short staffed. Would never return. Don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My husband and I ate here last night, and everything about it was great. We sat outside and had a view of the lake while we ate. I have been so hungry for some good catfish, and they did not disappoint! It was SO, SO good!! The strips of fish were big, and even though I hated leaving some behind, I could only eat two out of the three. (I tried the catfish at another place nearby, and it doesn't even compare.) Everything we had was delicious, and our waitress was very sweet and friendly too. Highly recommend!!
