The food was good, but I had to make it a carry-out because the restaurant was terribly cold. I was wearing a hoodie and had to cover most of my face; that's how cold it was.

Went in, waited 20 minutes for menu, waited 15 minutes for drinks, waited 15 minutes to give order, waited additional 25 minutes and still didn't have food. Watched cook rub face twice handle boxes then tore lettuce and handled food without washing hands. HAD ENOUGH AND LEFT.

We ordered catfish and fries. The serving size of the meal was huge so we definitely got our money's worth.The food was very good but everything was a little too salty and spicy for me.I recommend this diner. It has a cool 1950s atmosphere.

My first time dining at Finish Line was hit and miss. I stopped in for Sat morning breakfast. The place was fairly busy. We were greeted and sat almost immediately but then waited almost 10 minutes for anyone to come back for a drink order. A man at the table next to us sent the server our way as he was asking for a coffee refill. We were eventually able to order. A few times while waiting. Food runners came out with food asking if we ordered had ordered this, then asking the next table and wandering around til they hit the right table. All the staff were friendly, but it did seem disorganized. Maybe there were several new staff? I don’t know. I thought the layout was good and the place was clean. Just seemed a bit disorganized. I will be back to try again.

Best burger I've had in TN. Was worth the 3 hour drive ha!The burger flavor was fantastic. Not sure what they did but I hope they don't ever change.The staff are wonderful. So friendly and kept constant tabs on our drinks and food quality.Kid-friendliness: Kids would love the atmosphere. Plenty to look atWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right by the front door. Nice and flat
Did a call in order, bacon burger loaded with cheese fries. Burger was OK but I say that loosely fries were horrible, over cooked with shredded cheese on them and cold when I got them. No condiments on the burger either. $14 is about the high end of average for the meal so no complaints about the price. Doubt I go back.Parking: Good size lotKid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere
