I've had BBQ everywhere in the south. This place has them all beat! Hands down the best southern food you can eat!
Love Papa Kajoe's. Everyone is always friendly, the BBQ is very good, and the sides are good, too. Today, they had a special. They had smoked a batch of baby back ribs. I ordered a rack of the dry rub ribs, and they were done perfectly.

I work for Penhall company , so I travel around Tennessee alot . I just happened to stop by this little gem , today ; on my way back to Nashville . The staff were friendly and service was good . The greens alone , are enough for me to come back . I loved the pulled pork sandwich and hot BBQ sauce . Delicious !!! I had told the staff that I didn't know or ever met too many " white people " that could cook good greens . I was being honest , and we laughed and they Said they took that as an honor . The greens are that good !!!! I meant every word of what I said . I will definitely come back and also give this place 5 stars !!!!
