Restaurant had less than 10 people in it. Waited before even being greeted. Then told by a cook someone would be with us shortly. Then a server said someone would be with us shortly. Then a manager said someone would be with us shortly....THEN the hostess saw us from across the restaurant and asked to give her a minute, before finishing cleaning off 2 tables while we continued to wait.Finally got seated and waited longer. By the time the server finally came over we had enough time to decide what to eat, change our minds and order something else and drinks.Food was good..not great. Service once food arrived was..ok, she at least checked back. Didn't ask if/how check would be split...just laid it in the center of the table.

They didn't have adequate wait staff when we entered. The staff that was already over booked seated us anyway. The appetizers came within fifteen minutes, however, our drinks were never refilled. The waitress forgot to put in our order, brought us another appetizer and by the time our food final made it to tue table, my children were irritable, annoyed and ready to go. I'm a very patient person and I love to tip my server (nicely), but we will not be returning to that location!

We went on lunch break and we waited and waited on order and when she brought the first plate out it was wrong. She had also placed the other two orders for the wrong thing. We said just bring what you had put in we don't have time to wait. We waited longer still no food. We stopped manager, he said he would take care of it. We continued to wait and wait. Still no food so stopped waitress again. She could care less and smiled and walked off. Still no food. We stopped manager once again he said he promised it was getting boxed up , 15 minutes later we finally got food. Order was still wrong. We sat there for over an hour and still didn't get correct order!!!! I have never left a bad review, but i beyond furious!!! Thought we were going to have a nice lunch but I was so mistaken!!!

Went to Applebee's on Sunday after church for late lunch, I was aspecting a heavy crowd in the restaurant. It was busy, but we were able to get a table. The waiter was happy, friendly, and helpful. After placing the order, we waited and waited. But when the food arrived at the table. Stream was puffing from the plates, like a stream train. The waiter made sure we had drinks refill. Let's just say, " he was taken good care of for his service. Yes, I would recommend this location to my friends.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu. Carry out cup.

We ask for drinksthat never came out mozzarella sticks came with cocktails sauce instead of marinara waited an hour for our check a togo box and wontons ... Had to get my own togo box and there was no manager at all the bartender was our manager should of went to Chili's ?

Hair in two of my plates. Not clean tables cups or silverware. Waitress drama. The girl seating people told customers to wait while she go outside to talk to another waitress that walked out. Will not be back.

I had the all you can eat, ribs, shrimp and chicken. Service very polite, but sooooo slow. I’m not sure those were ribs, more like bone slivers. The shrimp had way more breading than actual shrimp.
