Beth, I hope you improve your customer service in the future. The way you spoke in the background while I was on the phone was uncalled for and quite unpleasant. I visit your establishment at least once a week and spend over $20 every time. Please be mindful of how you speak and respond to customers, as you never know who they may be or who they may know. I don't understand how you have managed to keep going with such a negative attitude. This is not the first time I have experienced it from you. I knew exactly who you were behind the scenes because you always have this NASTY attitude. It makes me feel unwelcome. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work under you because they are all so nice and kind. I won't blame them for your poor ethics. The request I was asking of was nothing major! I will not come back here and I will tell everyone I know to not come here !

Great place to eat. I use to go to Armando's for lunch years ago when I worked in the area. It's been at least 12-15 years since I had been to one but unlike seems like almost every other business, they have changed very little. The food is still great, burgers are very big ( had to take half home for later), tomatoes were fresh cut, two large slices.... what a good hamburger use to be but hard to find if you're not close to a Armando's.

I came here 2 days in a row, wasn't able to make it 3 days like I originally wanted to. The cheeseburger was one of the best I've had. The fries were fresh and crispy. Everything was fresh and had great quality. My wife had the Philly cheese steak and said it was the best she's ever had. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will come back next time I'm in town.
The philly was AMAZING!!! The burgers are awesome too! The prices are great and the fries are nice and crispy!! Will definitely be back when we are in town!

It always feels homey as soon as I step foot in here. I’m always greeted with a smile and handled with patience. They have some of the best burgers in the city, and they are huge!! I have them cut mine in half lol The food is always fresh and cooked to order. I would recommend anytime, any day.
You haven't had a turkey club until you've had an Armando's turkey club! Plus their burgers and sandwiches are HUGE! Enough for two meals.

Great local hole in the wall kinda restaurant serving some of the best burgers in Chattanooga (they have more than burgers but that's my favorite item from Armando's).

Did not receive all my food items. Called the store to ask them and tell them they left an item out of my order. Both ladys I spoke with were very rude. Said they did not have an order with my name on it period, which is a lie because I have the receipt. Food is wonderful, but staff is so so rude!!!
