The food was good, but the customer service wasn't. They were really rude and didn't even get my order right. I don't recommend!

Came 2 days in a row 2 hours before closing and they don’t have the pretzel dogs? Why? Inconvenient for the staff to have to make them?

Why are they so mean? All I wanted was a pretzel

Staff are incompetent and rude. Will ignore Doordashers and mobile orders. Art the Clown should visit the store.

It's now located in the Hamilton place mall, not near ross

I walked up to the register and asked if I could get a Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel please. They didn't even speak. The pretzel was so hard you couldn't even chew it. This was about 3:45p. This place definitely needs management/owners to care more about their establishment. Google says it's temporarily closed but it's open.

I normally am very impressed with auntie anne's but I placed an online order for National pretzel Day to surprise my coworkers. I got the confirmation and everything, got a text telling me my order would arrive in 30 minutes, 30 minutes had passed and I received a text saying my order was cancelled because the store was closed. The email told me to call them so I did, it went straight to busy dial. I called the mall number instead be finally get through to someone telling me "They closed suddenly, we are unaware of the circumstances." I am very upset with how unprofessional this was on Auntie Anne's part, along with not even being able to get ahold of them. I have loved these pretzels forever but am very disappointed with my service today.

I am going to blame myself for this one! I was at the mall and saw Auntie Annie's. I am still beating myself up for making the choice to patronize this company. They did not have any customers but they did have 2 employees . One was friendly, while the other appeared agitated that I came over. I placed an order for the salty bites. The staff said $6 and some change. I have not had Annie's in a while, but oh my gosh the price. I had to ask her to repeat the total to make sure I heard it correctly. At this time I felt fully committed so I paid the cost. When I checked my bag I realized she had given me a larger size than I am accustomed to. When I checked the website I realize I was charged an extra dollar for a 21oz container instead of the 16oz I typically get, I really don't appreciate being up sold without even being given a choice. Additionally, they had a few fresh and pretty bites on top but the majority of my purchase was not edible. Most were over done ( nice way of saying burnt.) ! I am going to take this as an expensive lesson to stick to my diet! NEVER AGAIN!!
