We ordered build your own and were very pleased...quality beef, fresh ingredients. Sides-tator tots, perfectly crisp and nice flavor; steamed broccoli, wonderful seasons nice texture. Their IPA was also a hit. Will be returning.

We found this place randomly and was skeptical about trying but it's one of our favorite places to go now!! great food, great prices & the atmosphere is amazing! we had excellent service the whole time we was there. definitely recommend you to try it out!

Nothing overwhelming about the overall experience. The burger was good, but not anything to crave. Pretty much what you would expect from a sports bar. Definitely would not be opposed to returning for a beer or two, but I would probably not steer anyone here for a dining experience.

first time ever coming here got gift cards from the owner of the company I work for as a Christmas gift and I have to say it was one of the best gifts I've gotten I did the create your own I got the grilled chicken on rye tomato fresh jalapeños and arugula with jalapeño ranch and tater tots chicken was cooked to perfection juicy well seasoned everything was delicious highly recommend you visit this place staff is amazing

We ate a Bad Daddy's location in Fort Collins, Colorado and loved it. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We are finishing a road trip and saw a Bad Daddy's location in Chattanooga. It was 15 minutes out of our way but our kids begged us to stop. We decided to do an online Togo order. Arrived at the location to pick it up and the bartender let us know she would go back to check on it in a few minutes. She proceeded to mosey around the bar and about 10 minutes later someone else brought the order to us. I checked that the correct amount of items were in the bag. It was missing a kid drink but I didn't say anything as we didn't really need it. Got back to the RV to eat and noticed that one of the burgers was missing the tomato and bacon and was served lettuce wrapped on brown lettuce. An order of the house made potato chips looked like they were tripled fried sat in grease overnight. We ate 3 orders of the same chips in Colorado so we were very disappointed. We walked back into the restaurant and were told by the bartender that is how the chips always look. I asked if they could try to cook another order and she went back to the kitchen. We waited by the bar for 15 minutes and then she came back with two slices of tomato and some bacon. She also had the original container of chips in her hand and said they were unable to redo them as it would take 1 and 1/2 hours. She gave us a card for a free appetizer and $20 off. Nice gesture but overall feeling is not impressed with this location. We gave the free cards to another family walking in as we will not be back.

We came in around 2:00 and largely empty. Server dropped our menus which were absolutely caked with residue. Mentioned to server and they took them away with a huff and left 1 in their place. Should have been a sign to think about leaving but we stayed. Our burgers came out 40 minutes later. One was cooked perfectly but other was very well done and ordered both Medium. They messed up the sweet potato fry's order and they came out room temperature at best. We sent them back, but server forgot to check back on them and brought out after our burgers were eaten and after being reminded but again room temperature from sitting. All in all, very unimpressed and will not be returning.
Exceptional service. Rose is the best server ever. Came in visiting from Atlanta she made me feel so at home. Told me what's hot on the menu. And my food and drink was on point. This will definitely be my new go to spot when I'm in the city !!!!! 10/10 highly Recommend

worst customer service ever. walk in and no one acknowledges you. place is half empty with a dozen workers and no one says anything. then i approach the bar the someone is at and ask for to go order that was due to be picked up 10 minutes ago. her reply is it's not up here so it must not be done. I wait another 20 mins with no updates. just requesting a refund at this point. will never go here again. what a waste of space.

Last night my son and I went to Bad Daddys for a burger. It was our first time there. Despite the restaurant only being about 1/3 full (at best) we had a wait time to get seated. Our server came to us pretty quickly and took our order. That's when it all went downhill. It should have been a relatively quick order (2 basic burgers and an order of fries). After 30 minutes of waiting I started to notice the table that arrived after us getting all their food so I flagged down a sever passing by our table. (Note: our server never once came to check on us in the 30 minutes we were waiting). I asked her if she knew how long our order would be. The poor girl said it was her first night there and would find our server. She walked to the back, went up to our server, and huddled for a good minute. During their conversation our server glanced over at our table twice before making her way over. When she came to our table she asked, "Do you need something?" Not in a is-there something-I -can-get-you manner, rather in a what-do-you-want kind of tone. I replied, "Yes our food. Do you know how much longer it might be?" She said I don't know maybe 5 or 10 more minutes. Really?! For two burgers? At that point I couldn't justify giving this establishment any of my money let alone tip this server anything more than advice on how to better treat your customers. I asked that she cancel our order and took my son to 5 Guys instead. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes despite the line. I really wanted to love Bad Daddy's. The menu looked good, the atmosphere was comfortable. None of that matters though if you get crap service.
