I have never felt so welcome at a restaurant before until i walked through these doors. The atmosphere, the servers, the chef himself, and even the guests were just all around in an amazing mood. They took care of us for sure. The food was extremely delectable. The chef, Mike Adams came to talk to us and made us feel welcome and our server Sydney did the same with her exceptional service. We aren’t from Chattanooga but a 2 hour drive is worth it if my family and i are going back to dine here. And PLEASE try the blueberry bread pudding. DELICIOUS. If i could give a Michelin Star i most certainly would. Thank y’all so much. I hope this review goes a long way.Kid-friendliness: They made my baby feel welcome by including him in the conversations!

Excellent service and even better food. My wife picked this for our anniversary dinner and it was fantastic. I normally am exclusively pescatarian, but took a chance on ordering a dish with the seasoned collards (which contain pork) and didn't regret it! The catfish was some of the best I've ever had, and I stole several bites of the crawfish étouffée my wife ordered as well. The cocktails were on the strong side but in the best way possible; if you like gold tequila, the Blue Orleans Margarita is wonderful.Vegetarian options: Little to no vegetarian menu options. This is a seafood restaurant, and that focus is spotlighted on the menu.Kid-friendliness: There is a children's menu available, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is definitely oriented towards adults rather than families.

The service was not great, came back 15 minutes after ordering to ask what I ordered, since they forgot to put it in. Their version of crawfish etouffee wasn't really close to what you get in Louisiana the rouille is very weak, but it wasn't awful, just not the same class of dish. I've had much better versions in Knoxville and Nashville compared to this.

Love it, love it, love it. First off this place is very inviting, the service and servers are great (Matthew) was our server on tonight. They are very professional and friendly. Atmosphere awesome, from the seating placement to the music light jazz awesome. Now to the nitty-gritty the food. Appetizers we got,Spicy Crawfish Bisque loaded with flavor cooked perfectly. The Garlic Parm wings are wonderful, the freshness of the garlic in the sauce and the doneness were on point. The mains , French Creole Pasta it's straight forward excellent from the doneness of the pasta to the sauce and the meats on point. The wife had the Taste of New Orleans with seafood gumbo, jambalaya, and the crawfish etouffee, all of these are excellent dishes. The owner is very nice as well, he stopped by twice. The lemon drop cocktail is awesome as well. We'll most definitely be back when we're in town again

Our family of four visited this cute New Orleans cuisine restaurant after reading great reviews online while we were visiting Chattanooga for a sports tournament. We went early for dinner on a Friday evening and plenty of seating was available (it became more crowded as the night progressed). We were greeted by our server, Sidney, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. The ambience was great and the food was even better. Although the fried gator was highly recommended, we weren’t feeling particular “daring” this evening so we started with crab cakes and seafood gumbo. Neither disappointed. The crab cakes were flavorful with a bit of spice and the gumbo was thick and filling. Our entrees included shrimp and grits, a shrimp po’ boy, shrimp d’orleans pasta, and chicken tenders (with a side of red beans and rice) for my less adventurous younger one. The portions were generous and the meals were extraordinary. We left with our bellies full and happy. So if you are in Chattanooga and looking a great restaurant with some authentic NOLA based food, Blues Orleans is the spot!

Greeted by the Hostess and seated as soon as we walked in. Our waiter Matthew was amazing and deserved the tip I gave! Brought our food out hot and continued checking in on us. The Lemon Drop drink!?‍? Speechless! Loved the Jazz music that was playing modern R&B songs. That was the best $149 I’ve ever spent. Will definitely be back.

We had an opportunity to visit Blue Orleans and boy it did not disappoint! From the gumbo, shrimp and grits, to the bread pudding, Chef Mike transported us back to New Orleans. This dining experience was by far one of the very few that would rival some of the better restaurants of New Orleans. I can't wait to return!

My husband and my FAVORITE date night dinner spot! The Nawlins' Pasta is to die for (PLEASE let me know when you start to jar up that sauce!) The servers and the owner always remember us when we come in and know exactly what we want (down to the drinks). The food, drinks, atmosphere and people are enough to keep you coming in again and again. Perfection!
