I have to give a shout-out to Yolanda, who was super cool and sweet to my friends kid. She deserves a raise and loves every customer. I have been to other locations, but this one was different.The flavors and vast variety are the best. They have regular, dairy free, gluten-free, etc.No wonder so many prefer this brand over others.It is a cool outdoor seating arrangement.Would I recommend this business? Best ice cream around. Had the coconut, chocolate and almond ice cream. It was fantastic!
My 12 year old daughter has a life threatening allergy to coconut. When I asked if their vegan ice creams had coconut oil or coconut base, I was told she would have to look in the back to find out but she was busy & didn't have time for that. No place that is "too busy" to check for an allergy is worth anyone's time or business.

Seems as if anymore they don't care about the free pup cups given out, instead seems nor of a hassle for them if not there to spend money. ? use to be best place ever for it, I'm lactose intolerant, but my pup loves her pup cups, little disappointing to come there anymore.
Love the coffee & chocolate! And the caramel apple crunch was so good... You just didn't have it long enough!... Should have kept it thru Thanksgiving!! Always pleasant employees, prices, quality & taste of ice cream is so much better than Baskin Robbins! Wish you had one in Hixson!

We absolutely recommend THIS BRUSTERS’S in East Brainerd. The staff is Fantastic!! They didn’t have my most on Wednesday. This precious lady said, don’t worry Honey, I will fix you up. They absolutely are 10 out 10 in flavor, customer service, cleanliness and personality!! We drive from Chickamauga to get our Bruster’s fix and buy pints to take home.
