Took 25 minutes to get the bartender to take our food order. Took another 20 minutes for the food to come out fries were cold and soggy. We asked for extra crispy waiting another 15 minutes to get our check I needed more water had to go to the take out window to get another glass of water. . we were here on a weekend getaway would not recommend

Waited for 10 minutes with no one in sight, finally had to ask someone to get seated at which we were pointed to the bar and told it was open seating and no other tables available. There were plenty. Not given any silverware til the food got here and when it did it was cold. The manager said that the food had just came up. And refused to be helpful other than to just replace it and make us wait another 30 minutes just to eat. I will never come here again and recommend that no one else does either. Poor service and poor management.

Great food and service! Also, I left aquarium pictures there by accident and live 2 hours away, so they offered to mail them to me!

Well, let's start with the service. 2 adults and 2 children. I stood at the front door, waiting, but nothing. I was the only one waiting for a table. We went in the rest room to wash our hands. When we came out, still, no one at the podium. A girl was at the takeout area, on her phone. She finally came over and asked if we were helped yet. REALLY? a table for 4 please. She looked around like the place was jam packed. I asked for a booth. She said, "hold on", and left. There were about 8 booths available. She started clearing off a table and never returned. What is wrong with people. We finally got someone else to seat us.The waitress was nice and by now,I had 2 cranky kids. She took our order for the kids first and placed their orders. The kids meal came out quickly, yay. We ordered the Nashville chicken sangawich and a cheese burger. Onion rings for me and Mac and cheese for my adult son. My chicken and rings were good. The Mac and cheese was totally disappointing. The kids were OK with their meals.Look, for$80, I expect just a little better service and food. I didn't enjoy the last time I came to BWW. That was 4 years ago. I guess it will be another 4 years before I ever try them out again. If they are still in business.Note: if you choose to be in the people serving business, just like you, people are working hard to support their family's. Given the many choices of places to eat, You can get a great meal and great service at other places for this much money. Guess what my choice will be for the next time.I'm not trying to be mean. I'm trying to help management do a better job. They are failing their workers.

Ordered delivery and they forgot half the order.

Ordered 20 wings and they gave us ONE one and a half ounce cup of ranch. You’re a franchise. Do better.

Let start the tacos taste good. The place had 10-12 in 3 parties but still wait like 10 minutes to be settled. You see from picture the size of the food, this was $11. It was kids meal or an appetizer. I understand food gone up, but a least pill up cheap stuff the fires to make look like a meal.

All around a good place to have dinner with your whole family or with just your significant other or by yourself. My experience there was great.

Didn't receive any of my Dips and sidesbut what I did receive were the worst wings I've had. Really small wings to boot, could've been quail.Form to fill out is not helpful.

I would like to consider myself a regular of this chain however, after my last visit three days ago I will no longer be going to any Buffalo Wild Wings.I heard about their policy changing to where they would serve food as it comes out of the kitchen? I’m not sure if this is true but this is what has been happening at all locations I’ve visited recently. This recent night was no exception to that. I had ordered some wings and fries while my friend had ordered the cheese curd burger. His food came out not too long after we ordered but I was still waiting for my food 10-15 minutes after. This is not the waitress's fault as I’m sure this is something management has implemented but it’s awkward and tasteless for a “dine-in” place nonetheless. No one wants to be the person to eat while no one else has gotten their food yet.I see this as poor organization and behavior that’s only appropriate in fast food. Not to mention my wings were dry and I did NOT get their dry rub. I’d expect with all that extra time it took to get them to the table that they would be checked or at least hot.I think I’ll try some other place now!
