I asked for one my burgers without mayo and they still placed mayo. Also there fries are supposed to be without salt and these fries had a lot of salt.

Went in to try the wraps. Better than expected. Fries were good too. Ice machine out of ice, causing alot of stress on staff during lunch rush. Cashier was friendly and doing a great job. Had issues with trying to leave parking lot with other cars blocking the roads.

It used to be a good place to dine in. Until this time had a bad experience. We went inside around 7.45 pm and at the door it says they close at 10.30 pm. So we ordered to dine in . Only another gly was there. Once we got food, In 10 minutes a guy looks like may be manager told as so loud with an attitud “ guys lobby is closed “ and he gestured us to leave and we had to grab our stuffs in the middle and leave. I am ok if they need to close the lobby at 8 but atleast display it some where or they can ateast let us know when we ordered food for dine in that they will close the lobby in 10 minutes. Its so rude to treat customers like this.

My kids love to go to east brainerd location after school, the last 2 times the people working the speaker and the window were VERY RUDE! The last time it happened I just drove away instead of getting our food, no need to be Rude!

Got a burger pretty quick right before the lunch rush.
We come here a lot and this was the worse service I have ever had. We waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and eventually had to call to make sure they were open. When they finally decided to take our order they were rude not only to us but everyone behind us as well. Extremely disappointed with this location.

Manager found my resume and wanted me to come in, so I took time out of my day, he had double booked an interview -- I waited about 25 minutes, which I believe was generous. When I spoke to him on the phone he was talking about changing the culture of the restaurant. The guy he was interviewing was white, and so am I. But everyone else working there was not. I'm sort of glad I didn't work out but as far as I can remember that Burger King has always been sketch. I don't want it to leave or anything but it has some weird dynamics with the staff.

Waited 5 minutes before anyone even said hello. Four people working. One had just punched in. Only large lids for drinks out. Drive thru guy is only doing that. Not getting even the orders ready for drive thru. He looks like the manager. So going to guess it’s not his job. Guy ahead of us. Wasn’t really ahead of us. He told us the 4 people after him came and went already.
