"Dining room closed" if you can't staff your restaurant then you need to close. Having people tug on your doors because they think you are open just makes them mad.

I went through the drive through on February 23, 2024 and ordered a 10 piece family meal with okra and coleslaw. It took forever to get to the window, when I finally got to window, I asked if I could add a small drink to my order the cashier tells me i I have to drive back through the line to order a drink so I got my food and I went inside to order a drink. The cashier asked me what I needed and I said a small drink. She turned around and started helping the drive through people and was ignoring me. When I asked her for the drink a 2nd time she said "don't you see that I'm trying to help them" like it's my fault that they aren't moving the drive through line. Terrible service and the food wasn't that good either.

Horrible customer service. The cashier didn't charge the correct advertising billboard menu item listed and didn't make the correction in the system nor offered to refund the charges. Instead, she stated that she would charge for the missing food item, and we would have to wait for it to cook

Whomever is the GM (General Manager) needs to tighten up on night shift! This location is the top Captain D chain left but for me and my son take out experience I give it negative stars!!!

Had lunch with a Facebook friend here yesterday-long time since I've had fish and he was generous enough to buy me lunch. The staff treated us well, but the soda machine didn't work properly. It wasn't busy and we got our food pretty quickly.
Its not the worst, but I hate that I saw cook's not wearing gloves touching food. My fries were not cooked long enough either. The current inspection grade is 79 and the inspector found employees not washing hands or soap dispenser working.

Worker-Lady was supposed be working the drive thru but setting with her friend while the older lady was working her butt off. This is unacceptable and this capt d’s needs help She should respect her elders and help more and where is management?????

The woman that is the speaker for the drive thru is very rude. She had the audacity to snap at me like I misunderstood her when I’d already answered her question but she was wasn’t listening. I’ve looked at the reviews and others seem to have encountered the same lady. Please only have workers with people skills operating the drive thru. The fish tenders were on the small side but overall the food was good.
