I guess I would characterize my visit to Captain D's tonight as more like a house party than a restaurant. I eat at this location fairly frequently. Yes, the food was good as usual and the service was good, but once we began to eat, everything changed. The employees, along with two or three other people who came in they obviously knew, became loud, creating an evening at the bar type atmosphere. Obviously they didn't realize or just didn't care that I could hear a lot of what they were saying. One comment was particularly "scandalous". I like to eat in a quiet atmosphere when I dine in, without jibber jabber and laughter and loud voices filling the dining room. Hopefully next time it will be different.

Tried to dine in at 830 on a Saturday. The store closes at 11. Was told they would only serve us take out that the lobby was cleaned and closed. Worst Captain Ds experience ever. Who wants to eat fish in their car? So we left.

This place has gone so far down hill. There were shells in my food and the okra tasted and felt like it had been sitting in cold grease for hours. The food is ridiculously expensive for such low quality. It used to be such a good restaurant and now it's not. Probably won't ever eat here again. Not only that but while I was here I heard one of the workers screaming at a customer on the phone. They're loud and yelling and cursing and it doesn't make for a pleasant atmosphere to eat in. The place is dirty with food splattered everywhere. The food is ridiculously salty and looks like it's been sitting out for hours. At this point it'd be better just to close.

Waited on my Order just to get home to find out half was missing. Talked to the manager Savannah who would Not give me her last name. She was So Disrespectful to me a Paying Customer..who didn't receive half my food I Paid for. She screamed and Yelled at me like I was a Child!! I Will Never Use this Place every again! I would Not even trust the 20 min Drive back to even get my food because she Probably spit in it . She told me I was Harassing her because I called and reported my food missing. The Nerve of this girl. Lost my Business. Good luck to the next person. Hope your experience is much better then mine!! Guess I will go home and Cook now. How she is manager I do not know .?
Okra was hard and cold ,lemon pepper white fish was cold ..Very poor customer service ..I wouldn’t even give my dog this food that’s how horrible it
