I knew a server personally and she didn’t serve me and instead called every single person behind me. It was unprofessional and she needs to learn to not let her personal life and feelings interfere with her work.

I haven’t found a Chick-Fil-A yet that has bad service. You may have to wait at the drive thru but it’s never a long wait and they are pretty efficient.
I'm just here to say I thought Chick-fil-A was all about giving students and young people a change. My son was trying to work here as his first job and they didn't give him a chance. He is 16 years old as far as I know there's a lot of young people working for Chick-fil-A.

Was missing a child's fry and was told I was lying about not receiving them. I had my receipt and bag showing I didn't. One very nice gentleman got them for me while the other young girl was mouthing that I was lying and that I shouldn't recieve my food. I will not be back to this location. I have brought my kids here twice a week for a very long time but will continue to take them at a different location.

Food was not fresh at all i had to warm my food up. And the sandwich burnt also fries are dark an look like its be thrown back in the grease but hey im at work with no lunch so i have no choice but to eat

I placed my order on the website and clicked I was at the restaurant like I always do and walked across the parking lot to get there. When I arrive my food isn’t there even though they notified me and said it was. I talk to the manager on duty I suppose and told him what’s going on. He proceeds to degrade me and tell me that I shouldn’t have hit the I’m here button before I got there. I could wait till I get there to hit the button but I like to get there and come back not wait for it. He then tells me he’s already made it and it’s been picked up even after I tell him I just got there and I didn’t get it. He was rude while talking with me and makes me not want to go back because of this behavior. He did make the food for me again but the interaction left a bad feeling for that store.
