Went here and everything is SO expensive..a plate of wings to supposedly feed two (only 9 small wings) is 16.99 and so small also a small pizza $10 drinks $2.99.. Then all the games are all extra cost not worth it!!!

Had a bad experience they were supposed to close at 10 but the started vacuuming and cleaning at 8 one of the employees plugged in the vacuum they were using into one of the games and the game stopped moving bad experience what happened to this chuck e cheese

So I had my daughter's birthday party here. Overall, I'm still trying to decide how it went . It was very rushed and they were late even starting the party when I was on time too. My host wasn't even there so I had 2 different people at first. The tables are too close together for parties, so there's not really enough room. We cut cake and was already done with the cake when they brought out some icecream, which still took her 10 minutes to bring out. The ladies who announced the birthday people weren't loud enough so we didn't really even hear them . Especially when they started singing the song, I Still didn't hear them that well. Towards the end we went to take a sketch picture and a random kid who looked to be 11 or 12 , walked right in front of the camera ! At that time , our time ran out so we couldn't get another picture. They had a line for checking out tickets, which multiple kids broke line. There was also Mr.douchebag smoking a vape where the games are and nobody did anything. Gone down hill a lot and I'm definitely super disappointed.

My child received a ticket for 5 free plays on his field trip. When we came to redeem his prize from playing, since the kids couldn't do it on the field trip, he was going to use his free plays. They stated that he couldn't use them if he didn't buy food. It didn't say this on the ticket and of course my child was super sad as we just popped in for a couple of games and buying a couple during our errands that day. The manager, Jeremy, helped us use them and fixed my little boy right up! He is an excellent manager for making sure customers are taken care of! We will be back! Thanks Jeremy

The place was ok.. no complaints there. My daughter really enjoyed it although, they were understaff. An employee walked off mid of my transaction without even telling me to wait to go assist someone that was coming in. It wasn’t her fault I reckon lol as she stated. She overheard me and my friend and then tried to apologize which should have been one of the first things she done.
