I was very pleased with the services We received from the CiCi’s in Hixson, Tn. My daughter and I dined in and I ordered a specialized pizza because I don’t eat pork. Unfortunately, upon my first bite I noted it had sausage on it, but fortunately Neri (General Manager) was kind enough to to remake my order and he upgraded the usual personal pan to a large pizza to take home! I am very thankful of his hospitality and that of the rest of the crew. The environment was clean, good music and great quality food! This is a place you take your young family on a budget and have a good time. Consistent fod quality. Not great pizza but good enough.

It’d be a lot better if these pizzas wasn’t so dried out and you actually took the time to cut them correctly so I don’t have to trying to put it on my plate. This happens far too often. Also, everything is disgusting around the drink station. You’ve got enough help so maybe take care of it.

Came in at around 8:40, posted closing time of 10pm. They were already closing the restaurant, standing in the doorway with sour looks when people approached. Most pizzas were stale at this point and if they ran out they did not replenish them. The only pizza I wanted was cheese and I was able to get 3 very small, old slices. All desserts were moved up top of the pizzas shortly after we walked in. Employees stood around staring at customers just waiting for them to leave. For crummy pizza the least you could do is have better service lol. On top of all of this, my food had a small shard of glass in it. I sure hope they're better during the day, but I'd rather pay 13$ for a large fresh pizza and drink elsewhere.P.s, very wet mopped floors with no wet floor sign. Have fun with that lawsuit!

The food is just not the same as I remember from years ago. The staff were all super friendly and clean. The food was hot Nd what wasn't out was made super fast and. Bought to us.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is extra wide, so I have 0 problems turning any way I like.

Ate dinner there Thursday the 28th and ended up with food poisoning. Salmonella and E. Coli. I have now spent the last 2 days vomiting and running back and forth to the bathroom. I'm weak and dizzy. I will never be back.
