It was very busy, but they did a beautiful job of keeping up with fresh pizzas. Sometimes, they would swap them out while they were still a piece left. Great selection and plenty of seating.Parking: It's a strip mall style location.Kid-friendliness: It's always fairly loud and crazy, so kids fit right in. They have a gaming area in the back.

Definitely need to work on their cleanliness in that place is very nasty very dirty restaurant needs to be upgraded need to do some work on on the inside new tables new benches new walls something y'all need to do something to CiCi's to brighten the atmosphere up quite a bit the food tasted good though

I went in with 2 gift cards that my daughters got for Christmas and after “computer glitch “ and me having to get a refund I left with 1 card and 1 empty cards that they swore was empty. The girl and the manager swiped the card up and down up, up and down then the manager moved to another register and took out a calculator and then after all this said the total. No talking to me or explanation or anything, I ran my card and my husband said Jenn that’s not right so when I asked for a receipt and the cards back they couldn’t do it so I said why can’t you get the cards ? Why can’t you give me an itemized receipt for the card that you swiped. And that’s when they told me that the card was empty and not working and I said why didn’t you tell me there was a problem with it and it was a brand new cicis gift card…. Anyway long story still long I emailed them and talked to a nice lady who said somebody would contact me and who said she promised that we would figure this out and this was a Friday and by Monday I couldn’t get anyone to contact me by phone or email or anything and I think this is horrible customer support and think this alone has kept me from going back to this location and me and my family went at least once or twice a month

I called in a pizza. Not only did the manager not continue to let me order(I had to call back) but he also did not even put the correct ingredients on the pizza. Even after repeating my order over the phone it was neither correct on the receipt nor in the food. I ordered cinnamon rolls only to get the restaurant and still have to wait on them. And the other associate was very rude.

I most definitely don't recommend. I got my family up on a Monday after calling making sure it was $4.99 three cars of us rode there. Went to pay they turned us around said they weren't doing it anymore. Got all the way back home I called and asked why they still had it on the website, they said the guy on the cash register had it wrong. Three of my family members took off for us to go eat.Nope don't recommend the one on gunbarrel
