I haven't actually had much interaction with employees so I can't really comment on that, we have only used to go services from here and out of our multiple times picking up from here we have yet to receive a whole correct order. Either something has been missing, wrong, or old and inedible. Getting in contact with them to correct the issue is a nightmare, which ultimately leads to it not being worth it. Save yourself the trip and travel the other way to the east ridge location where there isn't a need to get an issue corrected.

Seat 5 grown men at a 4 top and then when we ask to be seated at a 6 top to fit us all in, we are told we will need to be put on a wait list because they don’t have a server for that section. Can the server that was going to serve us not walk 5’ around the corner to the other table? I think stupid just runs in the water in Chattanooga. The manage doesn’t need to manage anything.

I always enjoy cracker barrel. Even if there is a wait, I don't mind. The many times I have been here the food and service is always great. There's been a few times when something wasn't up to speed but I attribute that to nothing is ever always perfect. But overall I really enjoy this restaurant.

My coastal platter was cold my husband didn’t even get his meat for his old timers breakfast. Until about 10 mins after we got our food.

Took forever, kept forgetting what we asked for. Coffee was luke warm and took 20 min to get another cup. It wasn't that full so not sure if just under staffed or what. Also it was freezing cold in there. Good was good though.

We came for my sister's birthday. Eugene was our server. He's the best sever we've ever had since coming there. He never let us run out of anything. He was very friendly, fast, and got everything perfect. We will definitely be back and ask for him again. I forgot my drink and he even brought it outside to me. That's what I call perfect ending to a great dinner.

The new sausage they have is terrible please do not eat it it is beyond what they had before was good why do they have to change it and then I got pancakes and they were flat of the board then as a I don't know what you could see through them so guess what I didn't eat nothing but the manager was really nice he took care of the bill but I still left there hungry
