Very poor service. Was going order chips and stuff but girl taking orders was like ordering to a corpse. This used to be a friend restaurant staff all friendly now only words spoken were here is your order. This kind of service going forward is just sad. I hope upper management fixes this soon

Called in an order got there and we can't that bill. Living only 2mile round trip, I asked if I had enough time to go make change so I can get my food. No problem they. When I returned 7 minutes later before lights I parked my car again got out to Pay for my meal before I reached the door they shut the light out knowing I just left came back when I said they ignored me wouldn't even look at me or to say sorry I can't open the (just turned off the open sign) or kiss my foot the person who waited on me told the manager I was back to get my food she just looked down chin to her chest as well as her young employees following what she did and ignored me and threw away my food. Rude manager shouldn't be allowed to work with customers if she's going to act like that. She knew I was coming back told her I was she said fine but she lied. As many businesses are failing or low in business people like her gives firehouse subs a bad name. Rude lazy woman doesn't deserve to be manager anywhere. Don't ever go there they might not want to serve you just because.

Had my 91 yr old mom with me. She had lots of questions about the menu and the young lady at the register took very good care of her, crafting for her exactly what she wanted. So appreciative of the good heart who respected my mom and treated her so well.

Without a doubt the WORST firehouse subs I have been to, customer service wise. The cashier was standing at the cash register staring at her phone when I walked up, didn’t even look up at me for a solid 2-3 minutes while she texted away. Finally said “what you want” and didn’t look up from her phone a single time. what abysmal customer service is that? It was 28 degrees outside when I came in and they just left the door open bringing all the cold air in. I got the New York steamer which has always been my personal favorite, but when I got it from this place the whole bottom side of the sub was soggy and falling apart. The sub was tasty otherwise though. It’s a shame cause this place is in a really cute location, but the employees would rather text on their phones than do their job.

Always good (but maybe not always excellent) service. Chips and ice always stocked up. Almost never a long prep time. Never had an order come out wrong. Always tastes great, especially compared to some other sandwich chains around here.

We were probably the last order of the night and it sure showed. They got the order wrong and when I called , nobody would answer the phone. I get it ,I've worked in restaurants all my life. But you should make the last one just like you made the 1st one.

We were looking forward to a good Italian sub and we're very disappointed. The roll was very soggy, no seasoning, no provolone cheese, salami or pepperoni, mainly all ham. Very disappointed and threw most of it in the trash.
