The first time I tried the food, I literally called all the health conscious people I know to make sure they know about them! The prices are great, and it's awesome to know I can eat here and not feel like I just blew my eating habits out of the water. They're honestly just what this area needs. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer!

I didn't feel welcome at all!!! I'm a short, fluffy woman who is 3 weeks into CrossFit, learning macros, and trying to eat well. So, when I didn't have time to meal prep this week (I'd been on vacation), I thought I'd finally muster up the courage to check this place out. First thing I noticed was that I was the only woman in there. All the customers (3 of them already inside and one more walked in behind me) were male and in shape, so that already was discouraging. They were chatting with the cashier, who was also male and in shape. Once their conversation hit a lull, the cashier only acknowledged me by raising his chin. I walked over and politely asked how it worked here, since I was new to the whole "meal-prep service" thing and the website only had me asking more questions... He was not nice and talked down to me like I was an idiot for even asking the question. He turned the screen around on the POS and said, "well everything is on the website and uh... it's pretty self-explanatory." First of all, I'm not an idiot, I did my research before coming in... your website is confusing! There's nothing on there that explains the grab-and-go aspect, only the meal prep info. Secondly, I didn't need anyone "mansplaining" to me how to use a website or using air quotes to explain "grab-and-go." That's condescending and rude. Lastly, there wasn't any kind of menu posted anywhere in the place and the website did not say what meals were "grab-and-go" that week. I asked him what meals they had ready and he gestured at the fridges next to him with his thumb and then went back to chatting. No explanation, no nothing. When I went to the refrigerator, all the containers were written on with Sharpie (which was fine) but everything was either illegible (bad handwriting) or in short-hand or abbreviations I didn't understand. After about a minute of looking, I was fed up and frustrated. I decided that this was not worth the trouble and left. Very discouraging for people who want to learn about eating healthy, myself included!
