I am very disappointed in this place me and my daughter love to come eat here for the environment and the fun... however when I took her to dinner on the 22nd of March and checked my bank statement on the 28th I noticed that my Fiji bill was $50 more than what I had paid!!! so I call I find out why my tab is $130 total when it was like 80 something that I signed for on my card and I was told that there must have been a mistake and the server accidentally put in a $50 tip in for himself!!! bro...mistake!!! im not buying it! that's a big mistake. and not one that I take lightly. so I just want to forewarn everyone to please tip in cash or check your bank statement. cause personally I'm not buying the mistake act. and it just makes me wonder how many other people they might have f***** over like this.

The best place to eat! While on the weekend they may be busy and it takes a few minutes to be seated most of the time we have no wait! The staff is so friendly. Kim is the best CHEF IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, and Miko along with Joko give the best dining service!!! The bartenders are also fantastic for those 21+! We come here multiple times a week and always will. Definitely worth the wait and the drive. From top of the line food to the bestest friends, this is best place to eat!!!!

This was the worst hibachi I have ever tasted. The rice tastes like someone poured black pepper on it. I really can’t explain it, it was terrible the steak was cooked but tasted uncooked as well as the chicken. Go to ichiban or the other Fuji location. Not Hixson.

I've Worked here For 7yrs!! All the Credit Card Tips Customer Left For me they NEVER had it to my Paycheck, the owners LC & Joyce Said They Pay Me Salary ($1400)!! N I work from 10am-10pm!!! I can proof dat they NEVER PAY ME with all The Credit Card Tips!!

We went around noon and were immediately sat in the dining area. We prefer to sit at the grill but it wasn't even offered. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or have changed the grill hours. But we normally sit at the grill and were disappointed.

First time here. Food was very good. We loved the atmosphere. Relatively quiet. The service was good. We will definitely be returning.
We went for dinner this evening. My husband ordered chicken and steak hibachi (we sat in the dining room not at the hibachi grills). He gets his food and notices the steak is still rare. He lets our waiter know and he takes the food back and gets the steak cooked more. My husband then eats a couple pieces and notices there are still pieces that are noticeably rare (he ordered it medium rare, I’m telling you this steak was not medium rare). The inside of the steak still looked raw. He let the waiter know and he took the food back once more saying it was out of his hands. He then comes back and says they are insisting the steak is medium rare and they have just taken the steak off of our bill. So my husband said oh okay thank you thinking they comped it being nice and were still going to at least bring him his chicken hibachi or I MEAN SOMETHING. We get ready to pay. May I mind by this point our waiter is avoiding our table like the plague. He comes and finally asks if we need boxes or anything and brings our checks over. By this point it had been well over 10 minutes and all my husband had was his sushi. My husband then asked if his food was coming out and if they were remaking it. Our waiter then informs us that when he said they took it off the bill it meant they weren’t remaking the steak… or anything for that matter. Never in my life have I ever heard of a restaurant doing that. It almost seemed as if they got mad at him for sending his food back twice and decided not to remake it out of spite. Fuji in Hixson has officially lost our business for good

I stopped in to have dinner on a date. I had a fried sushi roll served with eel sauce and the spicy mayo, the crab rangoons, and a chicken and salmon hibachi. Everything tasted wonderfully. First time having savory crab rangoons as opposed to the plain almost dessert types you get most places. They were served with a sweet apple cinnamon glaze that accented the rich flavors of the creek cheese crab and carrot well. Only lost a star on atmosphere because the place was playing Christmas music and it clashed with the rest of the atmosphere.

Close to home. Never crowded, crab salad was actually lettuce with crab. Was decent but not the crab salad I was expecting. Many rolls to choose from.
