Over priced wings, tried to upcharge .79 for dipping sauce because I brought a 50 piece. The Mgr on shift argued with me and tried to compare sauce charge to chili's which does not charge for additional condiments. The owner was blamed sadest service ever. This place is definitely the worse crab mentality in the city and takes advantage of its customer. KEEP GOING.

So I ordered online and pulled up to the restaurant to pick up my food, there was a long wait, I sat there for 5 mins and a big back female ask me what I wanted, I inform her that I already ordered online, food is paid for! She asks me my name I give it to her and she instructs me to pull Around, I continue to wait over 15 mins and still no food , I find this odd because the food is cooked to order therefore why would I have to wait this long . So I began to knock on the door no answer, after I see a man in the dining areas I knock again same big back female and man finally come to the door no food, and starts yelling telling me to get in now a single car line , that had at least 8 cars, yeah that’s how long it took, she said she can get crazy, and she insist she didn’t tell me to pull up but wait in line when I was already in line! Now I want my money back asap and the owner needs to address this issue immediately!

Prices are outrageous. 7.99 for 7 boneless wings...plus 4.99 extra for fries and a drink. They give you one ranch sauce and the rest are like .45 cents extra. Wayyyy to expensive.

This Heavenly Flavored Wings Restaurant is another good option for wings. This small businesses is able to compete, with its larger neighbors. They all provide good service. It's just a matter where you would like to go ?. This is about Heavenly Flavored Wings ?. I will warn you before it harms ya. The drive through can be slow, especially if it's a little busy. However this is not necessary a bad thing. It just shows you that the customers are steady coming ... I personally recommend the Lemon Pepper Wings. The gizzards are awesome delicious ? as well. I usually throw in some potatoes salad ?. I'm good to go. If you are ordering for a large group please make reservations. Got it ? Some folks wait until the last minute. They are the ones holding up the line ?. Got it ! The staff, and management are working extra hard to fulfill your order. Small businesses like this is why are Senic City is one of the top visitation tourist attraction in the country. So please keep this in mind. Leave a tip for the workers. They deserve it ? omg. At 9/1/2023 I went to this place about 8:15pm, and I must say I can’t go another day w/o saying how great this place is… I never was dissatisfied or disappointed since I started coming here…. All I order is the gizzards y’all and they are bussing… I don’t know whose mom or auntie or maybe someone grandma in there cooking but they are doing it up thank y’all and I hope y’all continue to be great ?? ??

The shrimp was hard and also had the vein left in them. I couldn't eat it. I tried to call them to let them know but it's just a recording saying go online to order. This was after sitting in a long line for 20 min.

Visited this restaurant at 8:33 pm Thursday august 31st 2023. Their signs say they close at 9 pm mon-thurs and Google and their website say they close at 9 pm. When I pulled up to the drive thru the sign was on and there was no wait. I sat there for a few moments waiting for service and they cut the sign off at 8:32 pm the reason I’m leaving this review because this is about the 3rd or 4th time this restraint has done this in the last couple of years when I visited it. Horrible customer service and they need to update their hours if their not gonna be open until their closing time. False advertisement!
Apparently, this is only drive-thru food now. I spend too much time in my vehicle to go to a restaurant where you can't go inside and sit down to eat. I've visited before, and the wings were good, but they're not good enough to eat them in the car, so we went elsewhere on National Wings Day. we had Italian instead. Hit me up if you reopen the dining room.

One might judge this book by its cover but this place is a sleeper. Finger lickin good wings. My favorite are the honey gold lemon pepper with fries. Keep up the good work here HFW. Keep in mind the food is made to order so if you go through the drive through expect to wait 8-10 minutes for your food. It’s well worth it. Enjoy!

Only rated 3 stars because 3.5 is not an option. The food is a 5 star easily. Heavenly Flavored Wings is by far the best wings in Chattanooga. The sauces are full of flavor and plenty of spice levels to choose from. I have never had a bad order from them. The fries are about the same as everywhere else but let's face it you aren't going here for the fries. Definitely worth it.
