Don’t be deceived by the ho hum entrance in a small strip mall, this place is legit. We had the pork BBQ, I had spicy sauce and my son had regular. Loved the spicy better-lots of flavor and not a ton of heat. Beans are excellent and not too sweet, slaw is crunchy and flavorful with not too much sauce or sugar. Had the banana pudding for dessert and obviously homemade-super flavorful but just a bit too much sugar. Overall a great meal served by really sweet people. Highly recommend.

The food was very good. We stopped in for lunch after traveling. The menu was modified due to staffing but still offered plenty of options. Our family tried a variety of foods while there and we all agreed everything was really good. We all left full (2 of us girls shared a meal and was enough for the 2 of us) and satisfied. Both workers were very friendly and kind.

Good bbq but horrible service & very high price for quantity of food. We ordered pie. Then they ran out so we chose another. Then they ran out of that one said they were making more of the first one, we waited & waited and then they weren’t actually making more so we finally got a refund & left. Clueless & rude service.

The staff were all very friendly but most importantly the food was delicious. We tried both the bbq and the pizza and both great. Mac n cheese was also very good. I took a piece of peanut butter pie to go and delicious. Go soon because they are closing end of the month.

Hillbilly Willies is a great neighborhood restaurant. My wife and I are traveling home and did not want fast food. It was almost closing time so we wanted something quick. Another review mentioned the pizza so we tried it. Excellent taste and super service. Mason and Angie are great servers. As a future note, George and Angie will be opening George’s, hopefully, in April or May. It will be on the North side of Chattanooga, Tn. Look for it, it should have great pizza and service.

Went for lunch today and so glad we did! We had one of their homemade pizzas which was the best pizza I’ve had anywhere around. And the homemade banana pudding…. Ohhhhh my! Wonderfully friendly folks and absolutely delicious food!

Service was friendly. We were told up front that there was only 2 employees working the kitchen. Not the restaurant’s fault with the current employment problems. The food was very good, very fresh, and delicious. The portions could have been a bit larger, but I would return here if I’m ever in Chattanooga again.

If you’re looking for BBQ (including my favorite, the BBQ pizza) you must try Hillbilly Willys! Don’t forget your dessert (I recommend the peanut butter and Derby pie) and sweet tea!
stopped by today..had the most amazing Supreme pizza ever..you all have to stop and try the pizza..I bet it weighed 5 pounds fully loaded ..it was truly awesome to have a real pizza pie ..
