Best hibachi in Chattanooga. The staff is so incredibly friendly, drinks are always full, and food is cooked perfectly every time. Their mustard sauce is always on point. Huge portions and well worth the money. Plus the fortune cookies at the end are always fun.

We have been going to itchibans for over 15 years. The last two times we have watched the chef scrape the burned egg, which used to be pushed to the trash, to include in the rice. In total we have seen 3 chefs do this. In other words when they cook the egg...for 15 years and every other Japanese steak house included has scraped away and trashed the burned egg where it cooked. The reason is that it's crunchy burned egg. Now they mix it with your rice.Someone had to direct this because chefs have never done it.

Not a huge fan of the chief in your face show and sitting with random other people but a nieghbor wanted to go for his birthday. Regardless, it was great! Service and food was top notch. Everybody loved it! Will be back.

Horrible!! The “Chef” was entertaining. The steak was like rubber flavored soy sauce. Beware of the built in gratuity for 4+ guests. No sushi at Hwy 153 location, in case that wasn’t obvious to you.
