I wanted to post a review because I see a lot of bad reviews about this place. I have ordered here several times through DoorDash, and the food has always been great. I have never been to the actual location, so I couldn’t put a 5 star review for that. The food is always warm/hot when I get it, and the wings have always had plenty of sauce fully covering them. We love the boneless Asian zing and boneless Nashville hot and bone in Buffalo. Their ranch is great too!

I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings and fries. The fries were cold, and it was more seasoning under the food and covering the bottom of the container than on the chicken.

Purchased through door dash. Completely awful. We order wings all the time and never had an issue but obviously they have gone down hill. Ordered smoked wings. First mistake. They threw one smoked wing in the whole batch. Everything else was fried. The restaurant should have never fulfilled the order if they did not have the quantity.

During the 25 years we have lived in Chattanooga, at least 2 evenings Chili’s in Hixson if the place we will be. I like the Santa Fe Burger with Street corn and fries. My wife liked the Explosion Salad. The fox is always good and the wait staff are friendly. If haven’t yet, give them a try. You will find yourself returning

We ordered with Uber Eats today and the wings were sort of soggy and soft. The same is true for the fries.Another reviewer called the food unremarkable and that's being kind.

The first time I ordered from here (sometime in 2021) I ordered the garlic parmesan wings, and they were unremarkable. But garlic parmesan is not a flavor I get very often, and I didn't think i could fairly judge them , so I figured I would try them another time. Today, I ordered Buffalo wings and they, too, were unremarkable. They barely had any sauce or flavor on them. So it makes sense as to why you can order sides of sauces, because they desperately need it. I was missing a wing, but there were an abundance of fries. But for $9, it was a good portion size. And the food was ready when they said it was (I picked up). But it was soggy by thr time I got home 15 minutes later. But that doesn't bother me.In summary, I will not be ordering again. I want saucey wings that are a mess to eat and cause me to have to constantly wipe my fingers. Not wings that are the le Croix of wings; barely sauced and unflavored.

We came in for lunch around 1 on a Friday afternoon and were out at a little after 1:30. This was great because we were in a hurry! Our server was great and so was the food. Try the Santa Fe salad!

First time I ordered from them (6/24/2021) and it is awesome! Delivery through DoorDash took 5 minutes longer than estimated but the food arrived warm and very tasty! Definitely worth the price.

I usually don’t leave reviews and I really hate to do this but if you are a wing person and want some good wings... DONT DO IT .. sorry but there wings are nasty and fries are terrible .

You’ve got to be kidding me. I placed an order here with door dash. It arrived an hour and a half after I placed the order and the ticket on the bag with food (WRONG) that I received had my name on it but was printed TWO HOURS before I even ordered. I ordered bone in wings and received three boxes of COLD, SOGGY, boneless wings and fries. Not even the same sauces I ordered. Save yourself the trouble and DONT ORDER HERE.

I understand why the aren't calling these wings "Chili's". We had a helluva time locating this business. When we finally found it, someone did come out and confirm that we had an order and it was almost ready. We were waiting on our fried oreos to be ready. We waited a few more minutes and the order came out correctly. So this is carry-out or curbside. We had nearly 3 dozen wings and fries and drinks and dessert.What's the one thing you're definitely gonna need eating wings? I dunno... napkins? I said how many napkins did we get? to my wife. She said uhhh... none! I figured they would cheap out and do like 2 of them. Zero? Really? I said what about plastic ware? Nope. Ketchup? Nope. We DID get straws. So there's at least 2 stars. When we opened our wings just 10 minutes later, they were not hot (temp) and they were soggy.The Buffalo seasoning was good but mushy chicken I cannot stomach. We ate our luke warm fries and drank our cokes.It's not just wings. It's just not good.I would not recommend.Why don't they say it's Chili's wings??
