Something needs to be done about this store and it's employees and their attitudes. It's ridiculous and I will never come here again and I'm sure a lot of people feel the same way reading some of these reviews.

Went April 20th for breakfast. Worst jacks experience I've ever had. Received gravy instead of grits and took a very long time. Lots of unhappy customers that morning. Employees could care less about their job.

I had never been to a Jack's before, but through YouTube's "It's A Southern Thing" and their series, "Bless Your Ranks", I knew of them.Prices are great, but my meal wasn't accurate. Service was a bit slow too.Would I go back? Yes. Would I go to this spot? No.

Food was great, sweet tea wasn't. It was watered down and couldn't taste any sugar. This isn't normally the case at this location, I hope they correct it soon or I won't be going back.

We knew it was going to be bad when we were waiting at the register and the gentleman in front of us said, "Good luck".When we were finally able to get one of the four people in the office to come wait on us we were met with attitude that made us wonder if they weren't going to spit in our food just because we were making them do their job.Definitely won't be back.

Food may be good, but stay away from the wings.I was looking for a restaurant for a quick late lunch/early dinner when I came across this place. Nothing fancy about the building other than promising good food. Decided to stop in and check it out. Menu was decent sized with burgers, chicken sandwiches, and even a dinner menu that would not break the bank. I'm not a big fan of boneless wings, but wasn't very hungry so I got them. Wings, fries, and a large drink for about $11. What could go wrong. Well, let me tell you. Fries were Luke warm bordering upon cold. Got the classic Buffalo sauce for the wings and regretted that. They were cold and the breading was hard. I was persistent and managed to get 6 down of the 9 ordered. The fries I barely touched, preferring them to be at least 50 degrees warmer than they were. If I'd have waited 10 more minutes, I'd have ordered the dinner special. I did get a hand mixed shake and it made me realize that it's been far too long since I've had one of those.I will be coming back at least a couple more times to try one of their chicken dinner. Jury is still out. I'll update when I can.

I got French toast sticks and chicken strips. My chicken was great as usual but my French toast sticks were hard. I've never had a problem with jacks. But I will not order those French toast sticks again!

I was in the restaurant at 8:30 pm young lady walked by me and my friend didn't great us twice she was working drive through I guess they had water all on the floor in the kitchen, it looked very bad I order but the more I looked at the kitchen and the nasty floor I changed my mind it was horrible...
