Once again, I do NOT leave negative reviews just because your establishment wasn't 100% clean or I stubbed my toe coming in. YOU HAVE TO EARN A BAD REVIEW FROM ME! My first time having Jersey Mike's was out of town and it was AMAZING!So I figured why not the one on Gunbarrel Rd., right? I'm not sure who is cheating on whom in this little sandwich joint or who didnt want to come in to work on this day, but the service here is HORRIBLE (with the exception of one black guy who was decently polite). The older black lady ringing up the orders acted as if she just wanted to go outback and hang herself, for whatever personal reason. And the Italian looking lady cutting up the meats talked to herself in an upset manner.It's no wonder the Panda Express next door is SHUT DOWN!If you don't want to come in to work THEN DON'T!!! It's THAT SIMPLE. I literally sat at the counter for all of 5 minutes while Kesha and 'Nem ignored me!Thanks Mike from Jersey but this is my LAST TIME, eating here!!!It's sad that 1 or 2 angry employees can ruin a franchise! Save your money and avoid the attitudes!!!

Very poor service. We waited to place our order. One person was playing on the computer ? while another person was cleaning a machine right in front of us. We finally just left. We were there 10 February 2024 at around 3:15

This is not the first time I've posted on this location. The people are pleasant but the bread is stale. In addition I just went on the app and they offered a promotion of enough points to get a free large sub. Ends up I didn't get the points and the bread is still stale. I was hoping that at high traffic times this wouldn't happen, but not the case. I'm out $23 for a sub and tip and no promotional points.Time to delete the app and go to a different sub shopI think the local employees care, but the corporate could care less.

There was only one individual working when I came in around 10:30 am on a Sunday. The person not only was taking orders and making them in reasonable time, she was also fulfilling online orders and her daily tasks in the back. She handled it with calm and ease and the food was fantastic. She was also very pleasant to speak with. Great customer service!!!

This used to be our favorite sandwich place, we ordered there every Thursday. We started noticing that everytime we ordered on the app as a delivery, sandwiches were either sloppy, like they were made and left to sit for a while or you would open up the wrapper and everything fell out. Well,I decided to give them benefit of doubt by walking in and ordering at the counter. I made my order but requested one without bell pepper for one of my family members with an allergy. The lady acknowledged,I paid tipped 25%, the guy thanked me, and I sat to wait for my order.i watched the lady and one guy make several sandwiches after which door dash delivery drivers came in and picked up. These orders must have come in while I was already there because when I walked in, these 2 employees were leaned up against the counter talking. I was starting to get upset because I had to get back to work, I was the only person sitting there so I asked when my order was going to get ready, the lady without turning to look at me said that mine was next, okay. I wait a lil longer and they call me up for my order, none of the sandwiches were marked so I asked which one was without the bell peppers? She said "oh that's right, you said that'. She then went to put on gloves to make a new one and took out the meat I started walking out, she yelled to say she was making a new one, I told her I had been there 45 minutes and had to get back to work, then without apologizing or offering a refund on one of those sandwiches(I bought 3), she aggressively threw the meat she had taken out back, rolled her eyes, took out her gloves and walked to the other side of the counter. I walked out. I don't understand why a business would treat a customer that way, these 2 employees (heavy set white young male and a middle aged african American woman) were very unprofessional, rude and hands down the worst. This happened October 2023 and we have not and will never go back to that establishment. Go at your own risk.
My wife and I love their sandwiches. The staff is always friendly, and the sandwiches are delicious. Jersey Mike’s is way better than any other sandwich place, in our opinion.
