Customer service was not nice. The girl that I had dealt with I noticed she did not change your gloves and she was touching her microphone ice cube, the cups, chips, the receipt..... I asked her if she changes her gloves and she said yes after every sandwich yet she still had her gloves on in the drive thru.

I just wanted to start off by saying Jimmy John’s is nothing special at all. However I get the craving for it once every 6 months or so. For the last couple of years I have placed an order online for delivery and they always call and say they have no drivers. This has been going on for years now. It’s getting ridiculous. At this point why even offer delivery. Also the staff took the delivery tip. After I use my store gift card I will not be back.

Food is good, IF you can get it. This location NEVER delivers. They'll let you put an order through, then they automatically issue a refund. No call, no email, nothing. If you call the store to ask what happened they very rudely tell you they don't have a delivery driver and then hang up on you. This location needs an overhaul on its staff and possibly even management.Don't waste your time.

An employee by the name of Will was very respectful, and extremely well mannered. Not only is their food fresh and amazing, Will single-handedly made my entire order in a very quick fashion, and everything was absolutely perfect, I wish everyone at these establishments was as good an employee as Will had been to me.10/10 recommend this place, thanks Will! :)

If you’re looking for a loaded sandwich, this isn’t the Jimmy John’s to go to. Better luck at firehouse for the bang for your buck. The sandwiches are mostly bread at this location. Hardly any condiments or toppings inside of the sandwich, as you can see. And for some reason every sandwich I’ve ordered with specific items inside, they never fail to add jalapeños & red peppers when I have never asked for them.

Ordering online for delivery is a key advertising focus for Jimmy John's. Due to an aparent "system error". My order was placed around 9:00 pm, paid for and confirmed online, yet wasn't delivered. When I called to check, I was told I would not be getting my order. I do understand and was patient (waited close to 1 hour, before calling for delivery 3 miles from location) for delivery to my workplace, but the inability to deliver and the wait time warrent a poor review. Had I received notification prior to calling, I would have been able to place an order with another service.

Never refunded a doordash order that was never delivered, even though they called me to say they didn't have anyone to deliver it and they would refund my money. They need to GET OFF OF DOORDASH!! They constantly cancel orders and give you issues with getting a refund.
