I bought 2 chicken wraps. On the wraps were half a chicken strip wrapped I a whole tortilla. 2.50 each…plus tax. Not wroth it all Al. This was a prime example of False Advertisement… I got cheated out of 5.46$

This is by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The fact that every single order was messed up is amazing. If I was in charge of this management I’d fire one of the employees on the spot if I had the chance. My ordered twice two days and the first experience they failed to finished the order in 45 MINUTES. What are you doing to to not finish an order in 45 minutes. The second order they failed to give a spicy chicken sandwich, and extra fried chicken peice and completey missed out on an order it’s just pathetic. This personally gives me a reason to never order from KFC ever again. No wonder KFC is a failing industry because the employees could care less if you get what you paid for.Update.We ordered again and they managed to remember one item!!!!! Wow!!! It’s a miracle!!! Now my girlfriend can actually eat what she ordered. Again how is it so difficult to get a single order correct

The customer service at this location is lacking! I came to orders family meal around 7 pm one day. I was told "We don't have enough chicken for that! It's going to be 25 minutes." with the worst attitude ever! I didn't spend any money there that night at all because they were rude and they say that every time you come there. Any time you go there someone is outside smoking a cigarette or on their phone but they don't have enough chicken to fulfill orders?? Just not even going to waste my time anymore. Worst KFC in the city. If I could give 0 stars I would. ????????
