So this location no longer takes walk in customers due to staffing issues (which is no doubt a result of poor management) seeing how rude the employees are to customer. The entire overall experience along with poor food quality… wouldn’t be surprised to see the location shut down entirely within the next 6 months if a change in operations doesn’t happen quickly.

I put an online order in of 4 dozen donuts and some cinnamon rolls. Paid for btw. When I get to the location, the lobby is closed and you have to go through drive thru. Btw, ordered online for a fast in and out. Not so much. 25 minutes later, I am handed two boxes. When I pointed out that I had two more boxes coming, I quote “We are out of Cinnamon Rolls”. To spare a very long ordeal. They refused to refund me what they were out of (all ready paid for). Told me I would have to call the manager. When I asked for the manager, they said they were online..whatever that means… and I would have to call back. When I asked why I wasn’t just refunded when they didn’t fill the order, I was told, we only have two people here, what do you expect?

I've never been to a Krispy Kreme that I couldn't walk into. As I got out of my car, the woman yelled from the window that the lobby was closed. I've also noticed that the selection of donuts was only a quarter of what I've been able to get in the past and what I can still get at other Krispy kremes in other towns. It's really disappointing how Chattanooga's Krispy Kreme has fallen.

Ordered 2 glazed doughnuts this morning. Drove to the window to pay and we were given the doughnuts for free. What a nice surprise. Thank you Krispie Kreme.

Service was subpar and wasn't polite. We asked about a certain type of coffee they carry at other locations and the counter person hatefully replied,"We don't have that!". The doughnuts were stale and the dining area needed cleaning.

Disappointed, no creme or very little n chocolate covered creme filled donut.
Quality of product has always been a cornerstone of the Krispy Kreme experience, and that's what I expect. Today a custom dozen with four Cream filled was a surprise as there was NO CREAM in any of them. KK....you are better than that.
