I went through the drive through and got a spicy chik and a bacon burger with cheese(the small one) they didn’t put any patty on my burger. It was bacon, cheese, onions, and 1 pickle. Unreal. $8 for 2 sandwhiches that took me 30 seconds to eat with no burger patty? Disgrace. Thank you Biden I guessEdit/ update: I had to go to Wendy’s to fill my stomach.

I went through the drive through at night and they didn't do my Krystal's right at all and tryed to call them to let them know but would not pick up the phone and this is kinda ridiculous that they can't pick up a phone and they messed my order up and payed $15 for that and I'm really unhappy

This is one of the friendliest Krystals I've been in a long time. The service was awesome and very quick. The hamburgers and fries were absolutely fresh and yummy! I would definitely go back to this Krystals in a heartbeat!

Went there in the middle of the night, around 2am. The lady at the window was nice and polite, but the dude in the kitchen started yelling at her for seemingly no reason. I understand being frustrated and tired from an all nighter shift, but someone shouldn't treat their fellow employees like that. Window Lady - greatKitchen dude - not so much

Drive thru Monday, July 24th, 2023, worst service ever. Extremely rude, lazy, said she didn't have to serve me after I simply asked for a large plastic bag to put the 3 paper bags in. That was after she asked me what drinks I had. Said she would have to walk to the other side of the restaurant to see it herself. Said it was her first night back. With this info you can figure out who she is. She is killing your service and I won't be back any time soon.
