We ordered two Detroit Deep Dish Pizzas, Cheezy Stuff Crust Pizza and Crazy Sauce. Never received our olive, Green Pepper, Mushroom Detroit Pizza or the two Crazy Sauces. The Detroit Deep Dish pizza we did receive (Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushrooms) was cold and mushy. The cheese stuffed was cold. We ordered extra sauce and there was barely any sauce. When I called to complain the manager in training put me on hold for 10 minutes and tried to get her boss Zach to help figure out a solution to the missing items. He did not respond and she told me that because Uber delivered it they were responsible. But the Uber driver told me that was all they gave to him. So I asked the training manager to the supervisor manager- Zach - call me. He never did. Will not be ordering from their location again.

Went got a pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread well the crazy bread has nothing on it no butter no flavor it was just the bread. Seams like my order is never right unless the older lady with short grey har is working idk if she is there anymore but if not this location needs some help! I’m not sure how you miss the main part of the crazy bread

So I waited a hr for my food just so they can tell me they don’t know what happen to my order and would give me a refund so I could reorder but I called the store almost 20 time and no one answer I will definitely never use this place again and I would definitely never recommend it .

Took an hour for a pizza I ordered that was already made. The employee even asked what we were doing back. We had never left. Absolutely ridiculous. Should not have to need a pizza remade when ordered at the same time after telling us they'll both be done when we come back around the store. Felt lead on and neglected by their service

I came into the store to get some hot n booties like usual, but of course there was nothing ready. In a rage I used my super intergalctic powers to transform all of the employees into rats and I flew them away in my space ship. I wanted to punish these acts by making them eat the enemies pizza - Pizza Hut - ewwww!!!! Then, I blew everyone up with my lazar beams and went home to watch lego star wars.

Waited 40 min for an order that I was told would take 8-10 minutes thru the drive thru.After 20 minutes, I went into the store and was told theyd get it to me ASAP.When I went in the 2nd time, they were placing it on the counter to bring out to me, minus part of it. Got it home to find the sauce for the crazy bread was also missing.Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! Will not recommend!Only giving a one because zero isn't available.

The front cashier was nice but the guy in the back was so rude to her & my order was lost but I used to work fast food in the past so I understand but he shouldn’t have been mean towards the cashier. I witnessed a DoorDash guy coming to pick up his order and the guy in the back said clearly “I don’t care about DoorDash orders right now!” I hope they treat their coworkers & customers nicely because what I saw tonight was devastating.

No one here seems to know how to do their jobs. Employee cutting pizza could be heard complaining about how many orders there were, online orders not ready by the time they said it would be. One employee was obviously confused and another looked like they were on drugs and couldn’t walk straight. I’ll think thrice before returning here.
