The food was good until I saw the manager put his hands in the trash and then touched my food and then had the nerve to get mad at me for saying something! Gross!
Delicious pizza, nice variety of pizzas with some choices that are different from your run of the mill choices, and they email good coupons on a regular basis.

Unfortunately, whoever made pizzas last night did not do Marcos justice. Marcos is usually so good, I get it as my celebration type meal, I will splurge on getting a pie that only I know is going ro eat it (no one in my family likes anything but cheese pizza) so when I buy from Marcos, it's a treat, well last nights pizza was not made with the usual magic that made me fall in love with Marcos White & Cheezy pizza. Disappointing but hopefully it'll be on point next time.

This location seems to be in a sudden and steep decline. I’ve had several wrongly prepared orders lately (wrong toppings or omitted items), but decided to give this store another chance. Last night, after ordering for pickup, I waited more than half an hour after the “promised time” (per the receipt). There were only three employees in the store, who were clearly overwhelmed and struggling with a ticketing system that wasn’t working. One employee said they’d been having technical and labor shortage issues for a while, and on this particular night they’d been unable to get ahold of the store manager or owner. I truly felt sorry for the stressed out staff. These issues, combined with Marco’s horrible new online ordering system, are losing them a loyal customer.

Ordered online, about 90 minutes before I wanted to pickup. Arrived about 5 minutes early and the order was being prepared. Shortly after the order was ready and on time. Both pizzas were very good. Little out of the way for me, (Harrison)otherwise I would frequent this location more

would not recommend for delivery especially. ordered 3 pizzolis took 2 hours and they were mostly bread and not as advertised, didn't deliver our sauce so it was dry and unappetizing. delivery girl also delivered a half eaten box of cheese bread as well. called and complained to get told they can't refund but will give me a ten dollar credit. would just save your money and get a frozen pizza

I do not recommend for delivery. Food is very good, but tonight, driver realized he was missing our brownie. He said he would be back. He came back and hands me a box. I opened box after he was gone. He did not bring me a brownie… he brought me wings! Decided I was not going to try to get brienie because who knows what I would have received!!! Hope whoever got my brownie enjoys it, and I am sorry you did not get your wings! Not the first time we have had delivery issues
This is an edit to my previous rating. On 10/21/23, I waited at the drive thru window for 24 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Then, the gentleman who finally came to the window told me that Marcos doesn't accept Apple pay when I offered to pay with my phone. I'm hoping this is a one time bad experience.

Marco's on Hixson Pike in Middle Valley has the worst service of any place I have ever been, we ordered a simple calzone via phone, the order was at 4:21 pm we showed up at 5:21 and they had no clue about the order, the guy with his hat backwards said it was about to come out, so I paid for the calzone,20 minutes later still no calzone,all he had to do was be honest with me and let me make the decision if I wanted the service or not, I will never go back!!!

Ordered food an hour early showed up and they had lost my order, but the guy with the backwards hat, who I presume is some kind of lead, tells me he found it and that it's about to come out so that I will go ahead and pay for it, 20 minutes later I still don't have my order, so I confront him and tell him he lied to me and he is defensive and says it's about to come out, I just told him to give my money back, I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else!!!
