Potato latke was great! Sausage egg and cheese bagel was good. Cinnamon toast bagel was over toasted and service was lacking. Never checked back for refills or to inquire as to food quality. However, the other server Luke (not our server) we observed was great and very attentive to his customers.

This is the best breakfast spot in Chattanooga! You must check this out if you are in the area. Best Bagel Sandwich I’ve had. Arguably better than the ones in New York. Breakfast Sandwich Bagel is absolutely amazing. Bagels are fresh and Potato Latke is crispy and savory with good seasoning.

Bagels are from New York, which as a native New Yorker brings some of "home" to Chattanooga. Whether a basic bagel, bagel sandwich, or another item, food has always been tasty and consistent. Staff is always friendly. Great place to eat-in or take-out.

Tasty bagel! Stopped in on my way to work and was blown away. Tried the avocado, egg & cheese on an everything bagel. Wonderfully tasty and bagel was perfect. Only knock really is to go coffee comes in a small cup. Not much bang for the buck but the sandwich more than made up for it!

It's a brewery (Five Wits) however, they have breakfast and it was a treat. I had the steak and egg everything bagel. It was perfect. The service was great. Good visit
As a native New Yorker on vacation finds a bagel place that says NEW York style bagels... I have to try it. Not many bagel choices for their sandwiches (plain or everything) and two other varieties (French toast& blueberry) for their cream cheese only spreads.I didn't expect to get a true New York bagel. They were dense, no real crunch on the crust, alot of chew. They were small, akin to Lender's bagels size. Overall, the taste of my classic smoked salmon sandwich was alright. My son's bacon egg and cheese I believe was well received because that was gone in less than 6 bites (again small bagels) . My husband's surf and turf bagel was "good" meat was very tender and it's worked with the lox spread. Again the bagel for him was ok, he said some bites were alittle hard. If not or the bagels being everything seasoning, these bagels would have been sad. The beer on the other hand was lovely. I had the hive beer and my husband had signal lost. These were definitely NOT NEW YORK STYLE bagels. I can't even say a decent attempt. The fillings were the sandwiches saving grace. Oh and the "latkes" tasted good, didn't look like latkes I've ever had, but good onion flavor.

The Eggman Baglery is in a cool looking building that has other eateries and bars. We went for breakfast and had Bagel Samdwiches.Other Steak and Eggs w/ everything bagel. This was so good. 2 eggs another generous portion of steak with nice amount of sour cream.The other bagel was a Smoke Salmon also on an everything bagel. That was nicely prepared and the salmon was very good.There is a brewery on site that has a mix of sours, IPA and other beers as well as a full service bar.Parking is complimentary, just ensure to register your plates on the ipad when you enter the building.Beat of all, the service was outstanding!Must try!

Pass on this spot for breakfast. Bagels are definitely not 'New York' style. Coffee was presented with the cream and sugar already added - way too much sugar. How hard is it to offer cream and sugar separately? I just needed a really good cup of coffee this morningWait staff is inattentive and distracted. This place is way expensive for the offerings. Do yourself a favor and grab yourself a bag of lenders and some cream cheese at the grocery.

Do you like and want NYC style bagels? This is THE PLACE.... dough made in NYC with NYC water and baked on site. I had the Everything Bagel with Scallion and Tomatoes and it was awesome. I grew up in NYC, these are real NYC bagels. Don't just eat 1, take another home.The only thing I wish they had would be Onion Bagels and maybe NYC style Dirty Water Hotdogs (NYC Hotdog Cart style), with Sauerkraut, cooked onions and mustard.
