Lobster lovers beware! The lobster enchilada was terrible! First time visiting and the service was terrible as well. Other than taking our order the waitress did not come back until it was time for the check. Never asked how our meal was.

Absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations!!! Everything was on point. Service and all dishes were excellent. Ordered the yuka frita and mixta pupusas for appetizers… amazing. Ordered the churrasco al carbon… SO GOOD. My husband ordered the Ropa Vieja special and it was also super tasty! The horchata was delicious although a bit too sweet for me. Will be returning again. Definitely want to try the dessert next time!

Service was great and the atmosphere was solid.Ordered the hanger steak per all of the positive reviews, and was pretty underwhelmed. The other food was pretty mediocre as well.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was super cool, service was good. Our server was very knowledgeable of everything we had questions about regarding the food and alcohol menu. For our drinks we ordered the jalapeño margarita and blood orange margarita to start which were delicious!! The only down side of them was they come in a rocks glass, which I believe is 4 oz, so obviously a very small margarita and the price was $13 a piece. We then ordered a 32oz house margarita for $24 which tasted less than good with a horrible after taste. The chips and salsa for $4.50 was ok. For dinner we had the chicken fajitas which was delicious and very filling, the steak chimichanga which was good but small, shrimp tacos also good, kids Mac n cheese also good but portion size was so small, kids cheese quesadilla which tasted decent. Overall for the price and portion size I do not think it was worth it.

Their reservation tool sucks. You have to “request” booking through their website but they never respond to calls or emails.Update: once I left a review here, I was rejected for a reservation.

Service was horrible. I had a server (Luis) and he spilt my drink on me and didn’t even offer me another one, gave us no silverware, and messed up our receipts. I paid for gratuity tip with five people when they told someone else it’s for six, and I got charged for food I didn’t order.

We had walked by the establishment several times during our stay in Chattanooga. There looked to always be a crowd of people going there. On our last night we decided to try it. Oh my!!! It was delicious. We tried the Pollo Loco and Pollo en Pepian. It's absolutely amazing. Thank you, Eli, for taking such good care of us. It made our dini g experience even better.

America-nized Latino food , there's nothing authentic about this place , even the steak I ordered wasn't even worth it.

Atmosphere is great, service excellent, and food amazing! I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and it’s one of the best I’ve tasted! Crispy chips and fresh daily made salsa. A varied menu that has options to please everyone in your group. Highly recommend Mayan Kitchen!Vegetarian options: Too many to name.
